Can u just use one bulb in the double fixture example if plants are young and don’t need. Much light then put in two for flower just like a dimmer I suppose

Hey Enek, for that sort of space I would recommend two of the 630w CMH fixtures, they're rated to cover a 4'x4' area. Cheers!

These guys are nuts flowering under a 315 will give you the same yields as a 600w HPS but better quality especially because of the UV
Chris Fisher they’ve definitely pulled their weight in flower and yes with better resin production !
Comparing the 315 with a 600 HPS is a bit of a stretch.
I'd compare it o a hypotetical 450 DE HPS
