hey really appreciate the ramble. as an old skooler who learned on 1200's and the 500 mixer, i appreciate the perspective. I'm about the same place. I dont need to prove anything, i've been beat matching for 20 years, just let me jam out and share the vibe. Can I use my two techincs MK2 with my xone 23 and connect the Kontrol Z1 on one of the channels of the mixer so i can go back to back digital to analog and viceversa?

So hey - wanted to update everyone that the Z1 NO LONGER supports iOS, iPhone, or iPad!!? They removed the DC power jack, thus disabling any possibility for powering the setup - found this out the hard way. I'm in the process of figuring out how to acquire the older version, either used, or new-in-box - @markpappas - could you by chance please provide the model # or specific item # of the unit you have?
