I have a quick question regarding the interview process. As the agency owner, do you personally facilitate the interviews between your team members and clients? Additionally, how do you ensure that the rate is not disclosed during these interviews?

Of course. Because it’s still individual freelancers who would work on the project, it’s just their earnings go to agency account
