You have many different ways to move a camera during a shot. For example, you can use a slider, dolly, Steadicam, or a number of other items. This video reviews a few different options.
Hey Izzy thanks for putting these great videos out here. Much appreciated. I have a question for you. I'm thinking of upgrading my video camera (5 yr old Sony 12 mPx) to either a DSLR or a new single purpose video camera. It looks like you use both. My current digital camera is a nikon D80 with 3 lens, so I would go nikon with the DSLR. Use would be lots of HD education CZcams videos, collecting travel memories, mt biking and motocross action shoots. I'm intrigued by the lens/ shots options with DSLR. But would I give up quality to dedicated video camera. Budget would be about 2.5K What are your thoughts... or... maybe you've made a video on this already! Thanks for you input and time.
Did the dolly you used for the curved track have rotatable or fixed wheels? My dolly has fixed wheels and I was wondering if I would be able to use it on a curved track
As always, another excellent, informative, entertaining and well produced educational video from Izzy ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! - Van

What camera are you using for the shot, I always want one like that
Where did you get your build for the dolly?
We borrowed it from a friend. Unfortunately I don't know the brand... I think it might be homemade.
"It's convenient because you always have your hands with you" LOL
