THIS VIDEO IS MEANT TO WALK YOU THROUGH TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR BG10 FOR NOT SPRAYING. IS IT THE FLOW INDICATOR? THE PUMP? YOU TEL US BY TESTING THE COMPONENTS THAT CONTROL THE SPRAY.
As explained in the video, this is a direct indicator that your flow indicator has failed. That is not a suction cap, it is a diversionary port for the hose/tool combination with a self-sealing gasket inside that is a part of the flow indicator. If water is escaping from that port, the flow indicator in its entirety has failed-Amanda S.
Brand new out of box mine isn’t work. Flow indicator not moving at all. Tried pushing the gasket down. Nothing. It’s not leaking. The vacuum motor turns on. When I pull the handle down you can hear it turn on but that’s it. Water isn’t spraying and it loses suction
