The 17 damage thing was a huge meme in D4 where basically the blue hoodie guy was hoping druid was good despite everyone saying that the druid class was trash. He tested on of its core abilites only to see it do 17 damage. The pure look of disapointment and doom he made then became a huge meme. Just search up 17 damage D4. @@DuvalRypr

Well with Mirrors you can get double or quadruple the number of drops in Sanctum if done correctly.

Sure you can probably buy one in two days of decent grinding with all the currency conversions (Won't talk about unique conversions since almost all other T0 unique are like 1 divine now lol RIP my 30 divs for an early Squire) but still lol.

There is a conspiracy around this phenomena, way more people are getting Magebloods and mirrors this league than past leagues so that players can finally feel a sense of completing the game. And will be more willing to move on to PoE2.

it has, many times, there are multiple duplicate-affecting affixes that could roll on a map such as an affliction shrine, the eater/exarch influence shrines and a monster modifier like the old Treant Horde Archnemesis modifier which can all stack independently from one another

Everyone that's playing is having this drop. It's the easiest league to get items on. In 8 hours of casual ggameplay we are making about 80divines. So much items dropping

Raxx's league start has been so crazily unethically lucky that I'm now a firm believer in streamer clients. GGG wanted to convert the mass of D4 andies in his audience and are giving him all these insane drops. Dude's had 3 Headhunters (1 of them foil) and a double Mageblood drop...
Yeah at this point is basically undeniable, streamers have had the ability to skip login ques before, they get free boxes sometimes, it's pretty obvious they're also getting better rng. Any other opinion is straight ignorance

Come on guys it's the fishing principle, who gets the fish? The one with his rod in the water for more time. It's a streamers job so they play 8 hours plus a day where as, for most adults, you would have to skip work or sleep to get those numbers. You are comparing apples to oranges a regular Joe could never get the same drops. For those that do play that much it's just confirmation bias for every streamer 2 randoms get similar drops but you just don't hear about those. Though Raxx's drop is pure insanity!

SSF player here, I'll probably never get one in a league timespan, but I dropped my first apothecary in an alva temple (museum room or w/e) on standard and duped it to 4 at harvest bench. Farmed out the last one after many, many maps...such a fun item, but it truly invalidates every non MB build after you get used to it.

Mirrors are rarer, Empy's group only ever dropped 1 I'm pretty sure, but they've had numerous T0 uniques drop, so its that drop chance + whatever the % was for the dupe, which is around 30%? I don't remember exactly.
I think dropping a mirror is still rarer my dude.
I'm kinda glad i haven't found mageblood in PoE cause i would legit have a heart attack lol
When Legion league launched they spat out a headhunter for me during leveling, that was also a kinda "wat the heck" moment and I couldn't really believe it haha
This league mechanic is so busted that you have a very high chance of dropping either mb, hh or mirror this league. Everyone that can handle high wisp count has.
@@fantomas4935 In a usual league with fully juiced mapping and a full mf build you would see a drop rate of this tier of item maybe once every few thousand maps, but there are just so many more uniques dropping now in maps with the wisp mechanic that you get to roll the dice so much more often

i took me 9 years 11 months before i dropped my first mirror. Not traded, not div carded, Dropped.
finally got it and it was like getting kicked in the guts.. id simultaneously won PoE and Lost one of the reasons for me to keep going

Mageblood is valuable, at around 184div, but original sin is 314+ and a mirror is 620+. MB is definitely one of the most desired and rarest item in the game but it definitely is beat by a few other non-mirror-tier rares that can drop. Thanks to wisps and valdo's maps this league, though, they're dropping left and right though.
For reference, lvl 89-100 characters there are 97,330 on poe ninja and 15% are using magebloods (~14.6k). The same point last league saw 90k players with only 8% using magebloods (~7.2k), so there are almost twice as many magebloods dropping. Even a new player can farm out a mageblood worth of currency in a few days too, now, given that low threshold strats like harvest and essence can generate 10+ div/hr. MF farming only requires you to be able to do tier 7 maps to be most effective, and the cost of gearing up a starter MF char is
This specific league is an outlier for stuff like original sin. Mirror is definitely the most expensive, but as far as uniques go (without some double corrupted shenanigans) mageblood is usually more expensive that original sin, it's only this league that all uniques that can only drop outside of maps are extremely expensive, about double price or more.

I've more then 4k hours in poe. The most expensive item I've ever get was a bad 2hand explode base in heist league which I sold for 9ex. No mageblood, no headhunter, no mirror and not a single double+ div/ex drop.
In delve league hillock dropped a tabula.. that was pretty amazing.
15k hours, 18 lvl 100s, I farm mirror tier gear every league, never found a t0 as well.
I am a casual with around 1-200 hours and I had a HH drop back in Delve, blood was rushing to my head when it happened and I didn't think straight and I sold it for around 1 mirror almost immediately without putting it on and having fun with it first, my biggest regret for this game.

3:38 absolutely DON'T id the other one if the one you've id'd needs to be divined to be good. the other one is an exact copy so you know its stats already and it will lose value when you id it, you can sell it for like 3-4 div more unidentified than an identified 3 flask mageblood

Which is something I don't understand at all. Wudi is mega smart and plays the braindead D3/D4 instead of the actually challenging PoE where you can really shine as build or content creator.

I've been playing since closed beta, almost every league though missed a handful. Never seen a HH, Mirror or MB drop after 12 years of playing 🙃
Edit: I have bought and used HH and MB and dropped a mirror shard, but I've never had that holy sh!t moment of actually having one of them drop for myself, for clarification.

Im starting to feel like this was the wrong league for me to commit to the ruthless mode..
A party with maxed out magic find, mage blood drop sits around a 0.003% drop rate along with head hunter. I was lucky to find one in a team of pure magic after 250ish hours which is quite quick as I know players who refuse to buy them and are still looking thousands of hours later.
2 dropping at once!? Unheard of, on the rate of 0.000015%.

I started playing yesterday, i am totally lost and slowly learning a player gave me 100 chaos orbs out of nowhere. I had no idea what they were or what to do with them but something told me to just hold on to them.

Yeah, lol. This has most certainly happened many times with new players getting lucky and not quite understanding whats what. I've heard similar stories from many people over the years, but me myself casually used a mirror on some shitty wand during campaign because I wanted to dual wield. I don't even remember the mirror dropping, I just remember seeing it in my stash and use it.

Nothing unbelievable about this. Altars sometime give you a chance (like 25% or something) to duplicate unique drops. So whenever you have this altar and drop a Mageblood, it may duplicate. It's not like these 2 Magebloods just randomly rolled separately from each other.

Note: Because this league are very juicy (plus many Valdo's map have it as a reward), the Mageblood cost is around 160-190 div now. Normally it would be 250-350 div.

@@user-wg1gd5gg7s There are many streamers who cover the game. Zizaran is the most popular for helping newer players. I like long form progression style content so for that I watch a guy called Itfightsback because I used to play Runescape. Also there is another guy who is kinda a inbetween his name is FuzzyDuckzy he does play along content where he shows builds and you just follow his lead and he shows you how to make rangers mostly.
The best thing to take away to get into the game is the loot filter is not for filtering loot out of sight. It's to highlight whats good for you. If you assign a buff to your left click when its on cooldown you walk around so that means you will never forget to buff up and elemental defense cap at 75% is the most important stat in the whole game.
Just those three things and you can explore it doesn't matter what skill or tree you have gem level of the ability of the skill you use will be enough damage even if you make an inefficient tree. all you need is health armour and elemental defense. Sound familiar? Sounds like diablo 2 right? If you need any info just gimme a shout. You don't need to know everything about the game just focus on one thing at a time. Last league i did nothing but delve for end-game content was fun but i know nothing about expedition and it doesn't matter.
Oh ya one more thing if you ever want to know what is the most popular build in the game and how do i make it there is a site called POE Ninja just youtube a tutorial for it. Basicly what it does is show you stats on abilitys people use and it gives you a timeline you can follow for day 1 to day 7 of the league and the current day. so if you check out afew different days you can see exactly how the build progressed with gear and the skill tree. from zero to hero.

I think this is pretty conclusive proof that streamers have different drop chances than the rest of us, some people have played for years and years without so much as a mirror or a mageblood dropping and this guy gets two mage bloods and a headhunter three maps later, it's bullshit.
Sorry, but this has to be staged by GGG at this point to hype up PoE2. He found/got 2 Headhunters, 2 Magebloods, a 400 div Ventors and 2 Apothecaries within 3 days. Luck is one thing but this is 100% intentional. He does not even play heavily juiced maps or has any magic find gear. Chances for this to happen are not on the millions but in the quantum realms of possibility.

This league has absurdly high loot inflation. On Poeninja, 15% of players lvl 89-100 have a mageblood, so nothing special.

I was running the T7 cemetery strat by Snoobae85 and in my 35th map i dropped a Mageblood from the boss and a Mirror from a beyond rare. My fiance was telling me something and i just started screaming "WHAT?!??? WHAAAATTTTTT?!???" 😂😂😂 I had to try to explain to her how crazy what had happened was. This league is nuts.

so a lot of people don't know about this but game devs can actually increase your chances to get rare items. So what happened is they increased his chance, saw that it dropped, joined the stream. It was all done on purpose.
I was there. Funny thing is, I don't usually watch Raxx becauese I'm not that into A-RPGs, but I tune in ocasionally, like 2 times a year because I like the guy and he's on my follow list. That was awesome to watch live. I literally joined the stream when the items dropped :))
Its funny how all these streamers hated high loot drops in D4 but in POE, they absolutely love running busted maps with magic find...
The crown to rarest most expensive item now goes to Simplex Amulet base item from Heist, they go for 400div+ :) outside of the giga rare boss items that is :)

To put the rarity in perspective for anyone never having played POE: The same level of price and rarity would be Headhunter, the Belt he is wearing, HH just has been around longer. I have 6400 hours in POE over 8 years and I dropped Headhunter ONCE in that time and that's normal.
I have 320k hours and never dropped a hh.

The way POEs loot works, it's really hard to say that there's even a set drop rate. It's extremely rare. I've never seen one in over 2500 hours played. I've never been able to afford one either. The 184 Divine Orbs is ridiculous. I'm definitely not a top tier player but I think the best league for me, I ended with around 100 divine orbs in my stash and gear that's probably worth another 100 divines. So basically everything I did over a month or so was just barely enough to purchase that one belt.
That said, other players are much more efficient than I am, or they play in groups, and manage to accumulate currency a lot faster than I do. Either way, two of those belts dropping is fucking crazy.

@@CallMeTeci its because on a video game with baseline no cost of entry and no oppotunity cost, translate that amount to real life value it should be close to worthless as it should be, the only reason it even hold any value in the first place is that RMT exist and some ppl are willing to risk a ban to obtain ingame items using money.
it doesnt drive away the fact that this is something that would easily net someone 4-5k hours of gameplay and could still never see, game achievements usually dont just translate to real world monetary value like that.

the average farming strategy in poe makes 5-10 divines orbs an hour of farming (poe andies im talking about the actual average not this league specifically), rax just dropped 38-76 hours off grinding in an instant.
@@MrZoupsoup drop table is under 3 topics 1- spesific boss drop 2- specific map drop 3- global drop mageblood is a global drop in are lvl 75+ areas
@@TheOne23_ I'd say the average is a good bit lower than that. More like 2 - 4 lol. There are definitely people that do a lot better, but the "average" is probably 2 - 4.

that goes to "the original sin" for 860 Divines (requires a relic that forces you to do a no hit sanctum run, that relic costs 700 div)
Mageblood is 160 Divines
M;ageblood does drop in "the wild" and can only be obtained this way and is still a insanely huge achievment to get. But especially this league other stuff is significantly more worth
additionally there is the Mirror of Kalandra(currency item) which is also worth 860 divines and also drops randomly on the ground like a mageblood
and finally if you run heist one of the rewards at the end can be a simplex amulet (rare base item) worth 300 divines. requires completing heist, which is very easy, and is completly random too appear

Perma flask + effect of flask is 2x or something.
Flasks for many, if not all, builds are the difference between life and death really because of the effects they have on you along with whatever perks you added on them to supplement their effects. Having them up permanently up is broken.
@@heyimspencer5359 its not only that but you can craft shit on them that makes them 2x as effective, with the downside of not gaining charges/reduced duration, which in this case is nullified. This allows you to become extremely tanky, fast, and just solve a lot of problems, while allowing you to gear more aggressively on your other gear pieces -> effectively also makes it a dmg upgrade

Been playing for 10 years now, and the most expensive item I've found was a shav's during alpha.
He also got his 2nd headhunter drop lol. This league mechanic is insane.
First one he bought over time through doctors then literally same day got the foil from key.
thers also variance to it :) i play full juiced red maps with 50/15 mf (im not mf, just have some to farm better) had several maps with combined of 8+k wisps and didnt either mageblood nor HH from drops, just from t17's xd

During crucible I had the #1 most expensive solo magic find deadeye setup and I found 5 magebloods within a week. 4 of those were from the doubling altar. People who were on global 2/6666 will have seen me post them and that's where I gave away about 10 mirrors of gear and currency as well when I quit

cuz... this is how it's coded. There are different rarity uniques. This is the rarest rarity unique)
Imagine it like a 0.001% drop rate but there's a altar that appear in the maps that offer a buff that has x% chance to duplicate a unique. So god tier luck to drop the mageblood plus hitting that 24-39% chance to duplicate it which makes it more insane and raxx is a newer player to poe and smashing with unethical amounts of Rng
That exact feeling of finding something rare like that, and is actually an amazing item is what I miss if I play D4. Only get that feeling in D2 and PoE.
New league mechanic allows you to juice the unique drop rate + rarity to unreal levels. Sadly this is not as rare as it seems. People been looting headhunters and magebloods all over the place

@Somerled_Pox He's running alters and got the "uniques have a 15-30% chance to duplicate a unique" . So 1 dropped then it had somewhere between 15-30% chance to dupe.
Like, it's still pretty crazy, but the point is it's not like a few leagues ago where this would be unheard of

1:36 I know his feel - after taking a break from WoW for 6 years and then switching from EU to NA; I dropped six rather rare mounts over the course of 4 weeks and two of those mount were Invincible and Pureblood Firehawk. I was so happy for dropping thes cuz I couldnt get them to drop on my EU acc for years but at the same time I knew how much time I already spend chasing these and knowing other people spend even more time on trying to get some of those mounts, it just sucks man and Im sitting here getting 6 of them like normal drops - I was happy but also felt he pain of all my mount farming comrades.

Insane, I have played this game since Beta, 1000's of hours, end game every league, and never had a headhunter drop or anything remotely like this.

Most expensive item right now is Original sin, which is more than twice the price of Mageblood.

Magebloods cost about the same as a Headhunter now because they introduced a new gambling item that gives magebloods way too easily. 180 div.
Pretty sure there are more expensive items available. Still, to see 360 div drop on the ground feels good.
1500 hours in game never had one drop ever, All bought.
How do i have 2000 hours and never seen a mirror, mageblood, OR EVEN HEADHUNTER and this man finds a double mg drop after playing for like 16.5 hours

The best drop I've got this league is 3 divines from low tier maps in 1 hr, with the currency wisps around 2-3k
