Vegas would have been a sports town if it weren't for the various major leagues' reluctance to have a franchise in the capital of sports betting. In hindsight it was silly.

Love this channel but you gotta give hockey some love. When you were talking about sports franchises in Vegas you mentioned f1, nfl, and a possible MLS team and neglected their most popular team- the Vegas golden knights
Suggesting PSG are big because of collaboration rather than the billions of euros poured in to them for transfers is a little ridiculous.
Also, despite not having won a European trophy they have competed to a high level for them more than ever

Regarding why/how PSG became so big: buying top players with money from the filthy rich owners obviously. Without them PSG would not play a big role in international football and would thus be not interesting for people and other companies to collaborate with.

Well, PSG made several high profile transfers TBH. I don't think they got big because of sponsorship. Nor do I think that's a real thing in football.
They were Ronaldinho's first international team back in 2001.
He wasn’t a star yet. He got there because the club had a good reputation with Brazilian players (Rai, Leonardo)
Sponsorship is what affords clubs to even survive.

Exactly, If I won the lottery, I'd buy Newport County, and underwrite their development on and off the pitch - not for profit, just to put them in a better position to push on. My dream wouldn't be to get them into the Prem, but to do what the owners can't (it's fan owned), most important of which is build them a stadium (which if done properly should pay for itself over 10-15 years), so the Exiles can finally come home.

Good vid with LeBron x Liverpool however your information on PSG and how they became big is wrong, oil helped not collaborations.
One mistake made by fsg & Liverpool in my view (white european) they neglected Africa and maybe just maybe they could also have tested the middle east with maybe salah (i know he is african but somewhat fits the arabian/persian type ) even if they have the oil clubs holding that market.we gave east Asia a try at least.
African fans have the least purchasing power... better to conquer bigger markets in my view (yellow asian)
