- #PostalPleasures Presents: Hungarian Stamps Ep1 Part 1 - Wonderful Mint Stamp Sets From Viewer Szilárd Nemes!
This generous selection of stamps is by far the nicest example of Hungarian stamps I have ever seen. So many complete mint sets Including many semi-postal stamp sets. Mr. Nemes sent me so many stamps I had to break the video into two parts.
It was a delight unboxing full ordered sets for a change. So nice to appreciate the colors and designs of the full sets as intended. Something I miss since I don't usually organize my stamps in an album.

Hungary is one of my favorite countries to collect, particularly the 1930s to 1950s.
What an absolutely great batch of stamps. Great job Szilard!
Hungary is my first love with stamps so I was excited to see this video!
I am English, but retired to Hungary many years ago. I have an intimate knowledge of Hungarian stamps, and would be happy to answer any questions about the subject.
I'm early. With that aside, really nice stamps!
So, from these stamps, it looks like in Hungary a person's surname comes first. Interesting! Edited to add that the colors of these stamps are amazing.
Quite right Beth. Family name first in Hungary. i.e Here in Hungary my name is Semark Richard.
I really like semi postal. Did you ever get my 2nd package?
Hello Mr. Witty, thanks for asking. I have not received the second package yet. I last checked the post office a few days ago and was surprised it was not there but was not 100% sure you had send the 2nd one yet. I will ask at the desk next time I am in the Post office in case they just forgot to put a package notification in my box. Hopefully its not lost.
