You know what people never mention.. The world wasn't going to end.. the whole movie was a small personal plot.. You can make good movies without a horridly large plots. Small plots work well.
I imagine the 20% are ultra religious people
I hate to be this guy but Dolph Lundgrens Punisher was the first R rated comic book movie and Deadpool was always Canadian
Got to love the fact that Marc states that the less Hollywood will mistakenly take from Deadpool is to push everything into laugh-a-minute, R-Rated territory, then Kevin starts wishing for everything from Batman and X-Men to be R-Rated and hyper-violent. You are like the geeky edition of The Odd Couple.
Deadpool made for $54m, now taken over $330m. Well done Ryan Reynolds. I never thought I'd say that.
Deadpool was the best X-Men movie made so far...
I usually HATE romantic plots which add little more than cancerous tumors to my movies' story, but this one got me to CARE about the love story! Not only are Vanessa and Wade believable as a couple deeply in love, Wade's love to Vanessa is the only reason why he seeks out treatment as desperate as Ajax's offer. Without her, I don't think he would have done anything except seek out one final blaze of glory suicide mission instead of holding on to life by any means possible.
Just by way of update, Deadpool has made approx. $762 MILLION world wide, on a $58M budget.
Tim Miller is the unsung hero of Deadpool, him and Ryan Reynolds' tenacity! Lightning in a bottle.
When I was a child I was a Huge Colossus fan. Then Deadpool arrived and He became my number one superhero. So when this movie brought my two favorites into one movie and owned it. I watched it 4 times in the theaters so far. Then Vudu.com said you can pre-order this movie and I did. I love that they finally did characters the justice they deserved. Take my money. TAKE IT ALL, TAKE IT ALL NOW!!!
I got a friend who didnt get the jokes and hated the movie. What should i do, i only have 12 bullets?
Just wanted to say to the two of you, thank you. You sit there, talk and enjoy what you do and you let each other finish what the other wants to say. You do not yell or speak over the top of each other. The amount of info and general knowledge you get across is just great. A fun series. Thank you.
What I loved about Deadpool too was how unique the marketing campaign was in not just showing trailers but also having Deadpool do stuff like doing a breast cancer psa 😆
Am I the only one that noticed that the ship they are fighting on at the end of the movie looks like one of the crashed helicarriers from Winter Soldier. When it tips over you can see what looks like repulsor nacelles.
Deadpool's PR team was off the fucking hook all year.
The best depiction of Colossus yet - because despite being a fucking behemoth, he's really just a goody two shoes.
It drives me crazy that The Crow gets overlooked as one of the first R rated comic book based movies.
Creators of Zombieland you say... hmm... can we get Woody Harrelson in on this? As Deathlok maybe? Full nuts rated R Woody could be amazing.
Wade Wilson is Canadian, same as Wolverine, got his powers from the same top secret Canadian run Govt Wep X program.
I'm a bit embarrassed to say that I thought Leslie Uggams was Nichelle Nichols as well. I think a lot of people did.
