The Colossus actor, at 6'4" really looks impressive in the outtakes.
Stefan Kapičić is 6'4", yes, but the on-set actor was Andre Tricoteux; he's 6'11".
notice he;s also standing on a box to raise his height.
I would've thought they had a guy standing on some tall shoes or something. He is HUGE
I wish they had kept the Vanessa and Wade relationship going in the second one, seeing how important was in the first one. Hopefully she gets more to do in the third one..
She's not.
She's not in it past the opening scene. Same as the rest of the Deadpool cast.
Deadpool 2 made the same mistake as Austin Powers 2.
I think Vanessa should have seen Wade at the end of DP1! and been like ugh oh no way and just left. I love Morena as an actress but it would have been hilarious if he worked so hard to get back to Vanessa only for her to be like yeah nope I’m out.
Said no one ever
The story of Deadpool and everything it took to finally get it made really proves that film studios are completely unware of what their audiences want from films.
Audiences wanted it but until the release of Deadpool there weren't many examples of successful R rated films especially superhero films in the box office but now with films like Logan, Deadpool and joker there is less studio fear of R rated superhero films failing so more and more are being made and released
We need a R rated Batman movie
At least Tim Miller will always have Sonic the Hedgehog, lol.
Ha!

@@BulletsandblockbustersHey! If there’s anything you could find out about them, I would love to see a video covering the original version of Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame!
i thought jeff fowler directed sonic
@@GSTFCE Jeff Fowler did Sonic because of Tim Miller
They're friends
Reynolds’s dedication to this character is something to be admired, even if the sequel isn’t necessarily something I loved
Yeah it's not as good as the first. But I still enjoy it
I always was of the opinion of enjoying the sequel more just because it gets to be more insane, though at the cost of throwing away all that steady development of his love life, which I thought was a mistake.
it's not as good as the first but imo it's more faithful to deadpool as a character, the batshit constant humor and deaths used as gags, are incredibly deadpool
It has some better things than first like more warm color moments and better looking costumes, especially DP katanas.
While at the same time formula is TOO boring for me, with constant quips that never let any serious moment to *have* even a chance to be interesting at all.
But the fact that both movies exist is alone a win on its own because before that "we" only had 300 as Any sort of R rated cape movie and "even" Watchmen had dodgy PG release.
Though at the same time both Deadpool compared to Logan shows that people in general will rather go to silly comedy full of quips, so really as much as it's a win it's also not so different. I am more of a fan of straight forward serious superhero genre with mostly unintentional funny moments. Like how comics are.
It's still fun.
Original plans for Multiverse Of Madness (we definitely want that)
Definitely
Was supposed to release before No Way Home and with Scott Derickson still directing.
@@jayguero2123 and Wanda wasn't gonna be the villain but would set her up as a villain

We do not want that because MoM is already a good movie. Toxic MoM hater. Sheeesh.

Mary and Sofía would have been interesting
I’m glad she got it over them, the Sofia Boutella one would have really sucked

Funfact of the day
Captain America is Deadpools bestman when he gets married. So bringing up Chris seeing that in the movie would be hilarious.
Another fun fact: here in México,Captain America and Deadpool are dubbed by the same guy,Pepe Toño Macias. And even Ryan Reynolds and Pepe Macias met each other in a video.
@@juliocesarsajheSo basically a scene between Deadpool and Captain America would've potentially been one man talking to himself Dee Bradley Baker style?
@@SethbotStar Yes, bro.
Perfect timing in the lead up to the third movie
🤨
Uh no duh?
Why do you think it was released now .. 😂
People shouldn't blame Tim Miller for the failure of "Terminator: Dark Fate"
He was the director, not the writer
Killing that one character was James Cameron's idea
It was also not a bad idea..
@@mikeCarter-xo4ustell that to the fans
@@mikeCarter-xo4usyes it was
I would. The fans are idiots. John Connor is plot device and nothing more he has no character. He serves no purpose after being saved And hanging in the franchise around his neck has just made it dull, boring and repetitive.
@@mikeCarter-xo4us Things would've been better if John had settled down with a family of his own
And maybe having Carl living with them
NGL the miller version of DP2 sounded much better then what we got
It really does
I feel like the inclusion of Fantastic Four would have overshadowed Deadpool. I think the reason why it sounds better bcuz it lacked woketardism such as race swapped domino n maybe a better Cable actor.
Tim Miller should direct the next live-action TMNT movie, THE LAST RONIN
He understands CGI like none other
Has anyone seen LOVE, DEATH and ROBOTS?
No is it worth it
Great choice dude
Say what you want with Terminator: Dark Fate, but the CGI was incredible. The opening’s deep fake on young John Connor looked really impressive.

I completely agree. Blur studios made some DAMN good material in the past.
The Original Plans for The Incredible Hulk 2008 (you can release the video on the week of its 16th anniversary)
I'd love to see this. I know Edward Norton wrote a much headier, more character-driven script than the final film we got.
Yass!! Do it B&B!!
@@HyperTensiveFilmsI've actually read his treatment/draft online, but it was pretty much as close to the final draft as you could get.
Pretty much all the deleted scenes on the Blu Ray were included in the draft, as well as a couple cheesy cut away jokes that were pretty lame and oddly race-y in the final Harlem fight.
Only things that weren't included in any film/deleted scenes were this one flashback/dream of the Hulk tearing through some truckers in Canada (this was actually referenced briefly in the final movie by Ross).
The biggest change was that in the draft, it was described that the army actually tracked Bruce using Geiger counters as he was actually constantly outputting some form of radiation, and that whenever he transformed into Hulk there would actually be a big green flash of light called "The Gamma Pulse"
Probably the best example of this was in the University fight where the script described a green flash inside the smoke Bruce was enveloped in while he transformed (this pulse was also what caused the Geiger counters to spike like crazy).
The Gamma Pulse is actually name dropped in the final movie by Sterns after they successfully sedate Hulk; in fact that whole scene was originally meant to go way more in detail about how his transformation works. The final movie also mentions "Dr Ross's Primer" which iirc was going to be explained earlier on as something Betty developed in addition to the super soldier serum for their experiment
norton hulk was the GOAT in design too. like the comics. sad it never made it to mcu....
ruffalo aint hype. lol sorry.
bana hulk was also good.
ITS WHAT NOW?! God that made me feel old
Dont forget talk about these movies:
Guillermo Del Toro: Hellboy 3 and Paciifc Rim 2
Ridely Scott: I am Legend
Stan Ley Kubric: IA
Gump and Roger Rabbit sequels.
Also Guillermo Del Toro: The Hobbit!
Kubrics A.I. would be a good one!
Being a part of Blur makes PERFECT sense as to why the effects look so damn good and natural (aside from a couple scenes). Blur made a masterpiece of material with the Halo 2 Anniversary cutscenes and Halo Wars cutscenes
Deadpool 2 was pretty great so I think it all worked out in the end. I think Reynolds is the most important part of that franchise. Both Deadpool I think our top five X-Men movies.
Fun Fact: Dolph Lundgren, Mel Gibson, Kurt Russell, Russell Crowe, Alec Baldwin, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Stephen Lang, Ron Perlman, Pierce Brosnan, David Harbour And Sam Worthington Were All Considered For The Role Of Cable Before Josh Brolin Was Cast
Dolph, Mel, David and Stephen wwould have been good choices
Brad Pitt was also a candidate.
Most of those actors were too old. Cable is supposed to be a beast and is huge and some of those actors are hilariously too small like Stallone.
I wouldn't have watched it if Gibson was cast.
I would have loved a David Harbour version of Cable
Another fantastic video. The story behind the creation of DP1 and how Reynolds came to play the character is fascinating. We're extremely lucky the film even came out
.... Say that again
Damn I think I like at least half of Tim Millers ideas better.
Poor Channing. He’s been dying to bring Gambit to life his way for a while and probably won’t get the chance to…
Ive been crying for a good live action gambit for so long😢
Thought he’s going to cameo as Gambit in the new Deadpool movie?
@@skyyhunter2557 that’s a rumor for now. Guess we won’t really know until the movie comes out…
I thought Reynolds was a Deadpool fan long before the reference to him was made, in fact, I thought that’s why the reference was made, because he was a fan.
Nope, he wasn't a fan till he was handed that stack of DP comics
Ok, the Fantastic 4 as members of the X-Force would have been hilarious 🤣. That interaction with Evans as Johnny Storm and Deadpool would have been hilarious

@@bartplays3392wow
@@bartplays3392 hopefully he shows up in deadpool and wolverine!!
Deadpool and Fantastic Four would have been funny.
Idk if Tim Miller would've made a better movie, but I certainly think it could've been better. For starters, why didn't they just have Negasonic as the dangerous kid instead of Firefist? Why didn't they develop Deadpool and Domino's relationship further since he doesn't have Vanessa anymore? Why didn't they reveal Vanessa as Copycat instead of killing her off? Why didn't they bring more X-Men at the end to fight Juggernaut? Why doesn't Cable talk about how his parents are literally Cyclops and Jean Grey? So much wasted potential, hope the next one won't be disappointing as well.
The xmen where just there for a quick easter egg. Doubt executives would let them use more money
I think for the most part I would have preferred Miller's version, save for the fantastic four stuff. Deadpool 2 was good, but disappointing for me.
Deadpool is one of the most amazing comic book movies ever and I can't wait for the third film and Deadpool 2 is just as amazing (this is my opinion) perfect timing for this coming before Deadpool 3 looking forward to more
Well my opinion is Deadpool 2 is better than the 1st one.
@@ThePrinceofHisOwnKingdom their both great and Deadpool 2 is definitely the better
@@HallowPool193 I like the first one better than 2. I think 2 does a bit too much and the jokes aren't nearly as funny
Good point I picked the second because of the jokes but honestly the first one is also amazing
I wish we see Deadpool team up with the Fantastic Four so we can see them confront with Mystique being Vanessa or Copycat this whole time. Thing vs. Juggernaut would be super cool to see. The Skrulls would be dreadfully astonishing to look forward.😮
I always felt the first was more edgy and rough and more hilarious. The second didn't really capture that feel ever again, plus the action was way better. Would've loved Millers sequel.
There basically equal with different highlights, 1 was more hilarious (way more) while 2 had a way better story and more action.
Tom Rothman (head of FOX at the time) specifically said to Ryan ‘if you don’t play (Origins) Deadpool, you’ll never play him again” effectively saying he’d be blacklisted
I think Reynolds made the wrong call on Cable, even though I love Brolin
A classic 420 gift from B&B
This kind of explains why I didn't like the second film as much.
The Thing vs Juggernaut would jave been fucking sick
I've never been a big fan of ACTORS making big decisions about how movies are made due to their creative control, just remember what F&F became after the 7th film, all because of Vin Diesel. With that said, I feel that in this case Ryan has earned thag creative control since 2009, and even as a fan I haven't liked a couple of the things he's done about Deadpool I have to say that I loved Deadpool 1 and 2
LETS GOOOO! THANKS BOSSMAN YOU ROCK FOR THIS 1!
another banger, had to turn on notifications because i didn't see your last two videos, more to binge now though lol
Thanks and enjoy!
I thought the reason they killed Vanessa was because the actress was too busy filming Gotham
Would still love to see Millers take on the Goon more than anything else
I thought his Goon film was finally happening at Netflix with Fincher producing. Nonetheless, that test footage embodies the comics so well, as long as Powell writes the script with Millers vision, would be gold…also Giamatti as Frankie is perfect!
@@simplymodern12 If this is happening I had not heard. That would be great if he was finally able to get it movin though

What Could Have Been: Channing Tatum's Gambit
I was one of the very very very few Gambit fans who was looking forward to this.
Mostly because I hated the misrepresentation of Gambit on the big screen.
I was intrigued cause Channing Tatum is actually from the south and has family in New Orleans....he mightve been able to pull it off
i like zazie beetz as domino
Wish we would’ve gotten this
Excellent video as always say man
Very well said such a good video and right on time for my breakfast
I had yet to learn Dolph was considered. I had argued for years [decades] that he would be the best actor for the role. Most of the original script for DP2 sounds good, especially Domino's fleshing out, but I could do without the FF or Blacksmith. I assumed Mr. Sininster would have been the big baddy in the franchise.
What a timing! I watched F4 video few hours ago.
They messed up with Vanessa in the second one, because he and Morena were amazing together, with excellent chemistry. Seems like theyre going to make the same mistake for D-&-W and Vanessa only be a cameo. Also? It should have been bigger in scope. The sequel was honestly lackluster for me compared to the first movie. The first one just felt tighter and better paced.
Honestly, it's a shame that Reynolds & Miller couldn't agree. All of these idea's with F4 & Chris Evans & Juggernaut would've been SO GOOD.
Could you do one on what Jumanji was originally going to look like, and what Jumanji 2 was going to look like originally before becoming the sequel we got.
I appreciate the video but I feel that the author took Reynolds’ side, and perpetuated a rumor about a situation he wasn’t involved in. James Cameron is known as someone who is incredibly difficult to work with and for. Sometimes people are black balled because one powerful person doesn’t like them and Cameron has come out and said that the most controversial piece of the miller Terminator film was his idea.
This sounds crazy! Super excited deadpool and wolverine!!
that promo picture of the Thing is sweet
Interestingly enough, Blur Studios had history with Marvel Icons as they were responsible for creating commercials and cutscenes for video games such as the first Marvel Ultimate Alliance game and also the X-Men Origins Wolverine tie in game in an ironic twist of fate.

i still love that ryan became deadpool after the comics basically saying deadpool looks like ryan reynolds, cuz there's more recent comics where dp's face heals and yes he looks pretty similar to ryan
I would've loved to have seen tim millers Deadpool 2
I appreciate the Tim Miller approach, not many movies nowadays are comic-accurate.
The 2005 FF movie was really good and that version of the Thing was accurate
We should get a Sinister reveal after 21 years & 7 out of 16 X-Franchise movies teasing him since 2003’s X2.
These executives don't know what they are doing. We nearly lost out on Deadpool movies due to their idiocy.
Great video
Can you do a future video about Rocky? Stallone recently stated that in the first draft, Rocky throws the fight against Apollo in the hopes of just going back to his quiet life and be with Adrian
Eventually. Rocky is one of my favs!
Don't gotta do a whole video for something that can be said in a short comment as yours
@@gabrielruiz219I disagree. Rocky came out in an interesting time. It won the Oscar even though it was up against movies like Network, All the President's Men, and Taxi Driver. These were three VERY heavy films.
But, it seemed at the time, we needed a movie like Rocky within the cultural zeitgeist. We needed a movie about an underdog that did well, rather than another dour movie oozing cynicism.
Having Rocky throw the fight would have altered the point of the movie and made it just as "deep" as the others that came out that year.
We, and Hollywood, needed a film like Rocky at the time.
This pretty much confirms chris Evans will be in deadpool 3
What could have been: The Adventures of Tintin sequels.
Deadpool is the mess up that everyone loves no matter what happens
Great video. Honestly I don't really like that much the second Deadpool movie. I think Miller's version would've been more interesting if well executed.
A What Could Have Been video on Thor Ragnarok would be a fun one to do as there’s a few things that could’ve turned it into a different movie than what we got
One of my childhood friends worked for blur, and he never told me who leaked the video. I think it was rumored that it was Tim. Ha. Never met Tim when I visited.
Blur Studios also did the cutscenes for the X-Men legends games and marvel ultimate alliance games
What I've never understood is why they didn't just use CGI to make Cable bigger?
I actually think Reynolds doesn’t like appearing physically smaller or inferior to any of his male co stars. Brolin has said in interviews he surprisingly showed him up with the amount of cutting he did and Reynolds and the team didn’t expect him to at all. Jackman is looking a lot leaner as Wolverine too.
@@zserbs2326 wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the case, big stars like Reynolds are very particular about their image and how they appear. That’s one of the biggest reasons why vin diesel and Dwayne Johnson have that fight contract thing
I absolutely loved this version of Domino and I'm sad she won't be in DP3
Eh I didn't really like her character that much so I'm kinda glad she was cut
The one character everyone wanted back
Why?
I love this channel
You know it would be really cool if you were able to look up and find out? The long lost sequel to Buckaroo Banzai against the world crime League
I think Deadpool 2 turned out pretty good. It was pre Disney purchase when I last saw it and I was dreaming of an new iteration of X-Men born out of that series with that look, feel and most importantly action. A David Leich X-Men movie would be pretty sweet.
Where has this channel been all my life
Ironically, the Fantastic Four have be leaked to be in Deadpool & Wolverine. So, I guess in a way, Tim Miller did get his wish after all.
Wouldn't mind Gibson or D.Lundgren as Cable but they did NOT go wrong with the always great J.Brolin.
I love the fantastic four death idea lol
but we got that fiasco in Dr Strange's multiverse movie....to some extent and i didnt like it as did so many others who didnt
@@MalcomMalediction imagine the thing being turned into a rock pile and Wanda just turning human torch into smoke

Yeah... I prefer the final version, the fantastic four cameo would feel kinds insulting, Cable and Domino looks great but I don't mind the final desicions.
I really liked Deadpool 2 (although I fucking hate that atrocious song that plays during the final battle), but I really want to see what Miller’s version would have been. I doubt it would have been better, but it had some interesting ideas that I think would have been really good if Fox didn’t cut them from the script, especially seeing a comic accurate Thing. We all know the Thing would get his ass kicked without help though. You don’t fuck around with the Juggernaut.
4:30 for the actual behind the scenes and what could’ve been content.
It was explained to me by Mark Millar on a forum years back that Fox’s Marvel properties couldn’t legally crossover, so Fox at most could probably just do fast photos, or have the characters make vague references to the other films.
I asked this, because the Wolverine story arc “Enemy of the State” had him brainwashed by Hydra and butting heads with Fantastic Four, Daredevil and Elektra.
I saw this as a pitch for a Wolverine film.
His answer was that even though Fox had all these properties, they couldn’t show up in eachother’s movies for two big reasons.
First being, the different producers involved, and their own money tied to the IPs. These movies would need to go above and beyond expected box office takes for everyone to get a satisfactory return.
The second being that the licenses from Marvel wouldn’t allow that, as they’re different contracts which were made with different terms, and were as isolated from eachother as they were from Alien or Predator.
Damn this would've been fire
Deadpool 2 was good. I wish Mr Sinister was the main villain and Juggernaut was secondary.
Whatever it was that lead to Miller not coming back to the sequel, I still prefer the original over the David Leitch directed sequel due mainly in part of killing off Monica and Wade using time travel to bring her back. So what was the point then to kill her off when all along you’re going to bring her back. It really defeated the purpose. Also, I was hoping Miller will come back for the third one, but with Reynolds collaborating so well with Levy in other movies, I wasn’t surprised when they announced him directing it.
chris evans coming in wouldve been hilarious
After Terminator: Woke Fate, I wrote off Tim Miller instantly. Especially after Deadpool 2 was largely successful and satisfying on a creative level proving Ryan Reynold's vision was the correct one, outside Fridging Vanessa.
But, watching this video, Tim Miller's ideas were actually pretty dope too and could've made for a pretty fire version of the sequel as well. Especially pushing the Vanessa character forward giving the character and actress something with agency and substance instead of the usual demoted status female characters and actresses in Hollywood get and always gotten. Miller brought it on himself for T6, but his vision of Deadpool 2 sounds like the more epic scoped and grand vision while also the version that actually aligns with the times and socially evolved one.
Lol the scene writes itself
(Chris Evans walks in)
Deadpoll: *gasps* :O
HT: Thats right... its me... Johnny Storm the Human Torch :)
Deadpool: Oh.. :/
Idk a lot of people have stuff to say about deadpool2. But I loved it
No disrespect to Brolin, but my 'fan cast' was Ron Perlman as Cable. I still think he would have a been great in the role.
Take everything Leifeld says with a rock of salt, in recent years he maintains that Deadpool's Wade Wilson was not inspired at all by Deathstroke's Slade Wilson......
So in Deadpool and Wolverine, we can expect to see:
-Chris Evans as a variant of Human Torch
-The Fantastic Four at least mentioned, if not shown visibly on screen; Possibly the Fant4stic team in the void
- Probably a few additional cameos.
-Storm Berry, Patrick Xavier, Ana Paquin's Rogue, James Marsden, Famke Jensen, etc.
-THIS would be the project to deal with Evan Peters as Quicksilver and him just being a dick joke in WandaVision.
"And who are you?" Deadpool would ask
"Well, in most universes they call me Quicksilver. But if I had my way they'd call me something like ...Strong Johnson! Hehehe" Pietro would explain.
"Your genius name would be a dick joke? Fair enough. What about *Aaron* Johnson?" Deadpool would look into the camera.
"Or like Ralph Bohner!?" Pietro would shout, excited. Deadpool would shake his head and say..
"Been there, done that, you got a leather jacket. I don't think fans really liked that one."
"Wait what?"
Just something that simple and short would be enough, I think, to redeem that part of WandaVision, because essentially what Pietro would be saying in so many words is that his version of Pietro does exist in the multiverse, but in the MCU he was just an actor with no powers and someone else was Quicksilver. This adds lore to the universe because he STILL became Quicksilver and the brother of Scarlet Witch, if only for those few days in the Hex. That type of thing happens ALL OF THE TIME in Marvel "What If" comics.
Would've preferred this a million times over what we got. Really wanted comic accurate Cable & Domino...
It was comic accurate in casting & visual style/costuming only. Tim's never really given a flying shit for "respecting established lore/canon", so you'd almost surely have been disappointed either way in terms of writing.
Ever since Ryan Reynolds was perfect for Deadpool. I wish New Line Cinema keep the Deadpool Rights so they can have a Deadpool Trilogy by having Deadpool make his own Movie Exclusive Team (but not X-Force because 1. Deadpool was way too much a member of the team in the comics. 2. Fox owns X-Men at the time despite the fact they shoehorned Wade Wilson name as an easter egg in X2).
Tbh I think David Leitch's take on Deadpool was inferior as it felt more studio mandated in its script and use of gore. Yes, the choreography of the action was stronger, but felt like that's all was offered. The first had a strong balance of comedy and darkness in its tone, and knew how best to use its characters in an R-rated sense (especially when it comes to the gore).
