It's one of those days, low energy, full moon, feeling puffy, no good emotions but I decide to move a little bit my body. I internally dedicated the exercise to my parents, to do it with pace, enough strength, without pressure and giving to me the patience I need rn. And felt so much better during and at the end. For someone with no physical limitations this is definitely a great workout. In the title of this video it says "no jumping." There were several exercises that did have jumping movements: pop squats (jumping up from a squat), jumping jacks of any variety = jumping, and burpees have a jumping element in them also. Normally I substitute another exercise for ones I can't do, but this video was heavy into "jumping" or jump type movements. I look forward to your next "no jumping" video and hope that it has no jump elements. Thank you Anna and I mean no disrespect and I only make my comments because I know you value feedback from your fans.

Omg omg even though I’ve said this sooo many times but I’m actually going to ‘restart’ doing ur workouts Anna from today onwards.
