    It's one of those days, low energy, full moon, feeling puffy, no good emotions but I decide to move a little bit my body. I internally dedicated the exercise to my parents, to do it with pace, enough strength, without pressure and giving to me the patience I need rn. And felt so much better during and at the end. Thanks Anna for putting this video in the right moment, I crossed with it in the perfect moment ❤

    The ab exercises in the end was surprise element for me . I have done a variety of ab workouts but this one felt different. The ab burning was like dessert served at the end of a meal. Great session !!

    I opened CZcams for a quick easy workout to start my day and you popped up! I was hesitant for a moment because I knew it would be a hard one. But Im glad I managed to push through PHEWWW.. It was indeed a sweaty sesh.. I was sliding around because I did not have a mat 🤪😂

    For someone with no physical limitations this is definitely a great workout. In the title of this video it says "no jumping." There were several exercises that did have jumping movements: pop squats (jumping up from a squat), jumping jacks of any variety = jumping, and burpees have a jumping element in them also. Normally I substitute another exercise for ones I can't do, but this video was heavy into "jumping" or jump type movements. I look forward to your next "no jumping" video and hope that it has no jump elements. Thank you Anna and I mean no disrespect and I only make my comments because I know you value feedback from your fans.

    Omg omg even though I’ve said this sooo many times but I’m actually going to ‘restart’ doing ur workouts Anna from today onwards. I mean half of the reason was my knees died off… then was fixed by physio. Me still scared and idk maybe it was my weight starting to grow that urges me to start fitness again. Thanks Anna~❤
