We all know the real reason Phil doesn't want to have a child. He doesn't want to accept the massive responsibility that is caring for the child. He would endlessly complain about it getting in the way of his streaming time and try and throw all of the responsibilities onto Kat.
He cannot even properly take care of his cat, so of course he wouldn't be able to take care and nurture a child.
That and he’d lose being the centre of attention . He wants to be centre of attention all the time no one else never mind a child.
There are many reasons he can't/won't have kids:
1) His erectile dysfunction and lack of sex with Khet would make that difficult.
2) Pigroaches can only procreate with other Pigroaches. Khet might be a human or horse.
3) Kids would detract away from his money and beg time.

I cannot imagine what kind of hell any child of Phil's would have to endure. The idea of Phil as a parent actually terrifies me.

I had a few stalkers both male and female when I was a hockey player and later when I was in a band, real ones too, they came to every game, gig, hotel, bus and even my house and relatives a few times. I get what he is saying but what happens to him is ultimately his own doing and because of his actions the people around him suffer and a child would get both his and Kats families involved so that would just make things worse.
