Coach Ethan, if I want to record a video of my shot but I'm alone how can I record it with a good angle. Also, what angles should I record the shot. Such as the back,side and etc.
Every angle can useful at times. I’d say overall, the most important thing is that you get the front angle, that’s usually where you can see the most.

Coach I gotta question, I've been shooting a lot lately and whenever I flick my wrist it hurts and doesn't seem to go away. I have been shooting on it anyways for the past weeks thinking it'll go away, but it hasnt and hurts even more now than it did before. Do you know any stretches I can do, I would take a break to rest it but we got games coming up and I dont want my shot to be off. Any Suggestions
For me it usually goes away, especially if I haven’t shot in a few days. I’d try to take a day or two off or at least cut back on your reps for a couple days to see if that helps.

Are all those shots game shots? How long does it take you to shoot 700 shots a day? If it’s taking you 3 hours to finish, you aren’t going to be able to go game speed on every shot, meaning a lot of those reps will be wasted. Quality over quantity. A 200 shot workout at game speed is a million times better than a 700 shot workout at half speed. The number of shots in a workout doesn’t matter, the results you get in games is what matters. So game shots at game speed are what the focus should be on.

@@VisionDrivenBasketball i should stick to something less shots so that I have more time and I use game speed. Most of the drills that I am doing is 60% layups and easy drills and 40% shots. Would 2000 shots PER week?
