I'm not racist or anything but I think "Ayurveda" is sometimes good at building positive habits, but sometimes it can be just expensive nonsense or rarely but at worst harmful nonsense. Some Ayurvedic medicines have contained lead, and Ayurveda is such a big market and therefore is at higher risk for bad stuff like bad quality products and false promises in products
