    I have done keto diet with intermittent fasting of 16:8 window for 45 days and 23:1 window for 75days. With out even walking, I lost 30kgs, from 102kgs to 72kgs in 120days. Now started working out with regular diet for muscle building.

    Benefits of fasting is to control insulin. It’s a simple mechanism to eat with in time and keep your stomach empty therefore your body utilize your stored fat for energy , I don’t think to count the calories in take and calories out it does not matter at all
