In today’s video, we unveil my new dream car that I've wanted since I was a child! 🏁
I share my background as to why I bought this oh-so-dangerous car because it's got a very interesting storyline!
This purchase was actually inspired by my dad's remarkable career in building the iconic P-51 Mustang fighter planes from World War II as 3/4 size replicas, and as a child, I couldn't resist the allure of the Mustang legacy so I always pined after getting one for myself.
This video is not only a tribute to my father's dedication and the heritage of the P-51 Mustang, but also a big moment in my automotive career that I couldn't want to share with you all.
I'm no pilot, I settled for the next best thing - Let's be honest, I certainly didn't settle.
But why, you ask, did I buy the UK's Most DANGEROUS car? 🤔
It's no secret that this car choice has a certain reputation for being a wild stallion on the road, not just here in the UK but also across the pond in America. Countless stories of crashes and mishaps surround this iconic muscle car for a number of reasons, but that didnt stop me.

You made the money for that Mustang on YT? I did almost same to my ST as yours but did all the work myself and lost money on it lol. I'm in the wrong business. 🤣🤣Work I did on mine so far: Ahem, : Ready?
Wheel bearings replaced front and rear.
New calipers all round new discs, new pads, new dust shields.
Fully powerflexed suspension bushes. All rear ones needed cutting out. all control arms/ track control arms replaced.
Engine mounts replaced/ upgraded with powerflex inserts.
New driveshafts.
RS clutch / Flywheel.
Swapped engine as I had the cracked liner issue. BD performance secondhand motor supplied. All checked over and block modded and supplied with fitted and timed up timing kit plus inlet / exhaust gaskets, VVT solenoid o rings and new water pump. (water pump was extra) All mating surfaces (exhaust ports/ inlet ports/ oil filter housing ports etc.) cleaned and ready for assembly. I dropped off my old engine / Picked up engine and fitted myself.
Turbo refurb. from Enhanced Turbos. They supplied a new core, I fitted to turbo with all new braided water / oil feed lines from Mambo.

Performed the Instrument cluster socket fix.

Carbon wrap on bonnet ( not done this myself, £180 I paid)
every coolant pipe replaced with silicone hoses including heater hoses
all boost pipes replaced with silicone ones.

Bonnet lock mod
replaced door lock
Maxton designs rear valance
Got it DYNO remapped to stage 2 and it's pushing out 312HP and 483NM according to DYNO graph.
Certainly feels like it!

Next up, full respray (apart from bonnet lol) in it's original Sea Grey and get the wheels refurbed.
This will be enough car for me and It's probably the last car I will own. I am very happy with it. I also own a Hayabusa Gen2 as I have always been a biker dude so I have my toys to play with lol. Supercharger on that in future maybe 😊😊

I've had my car around 7 years now and it was bought as a means to learn how to do stuff. ie, Get a relatively cheap car that needs a bit of TLC and get it up to scratch. I just happened to like the idea of a Focus MK2 5 pot and I'm glad I did. CZcams has helped massively and you were a big part of that. Cheers for costing me a small fortune George. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hasn't been a "crowd magnet" since they changed it from a mucle car to a sports car. To me, a muscle car is a sports car with a solid rear axle. 2014 was the last year it was built that way, and 2015 model year was when theybwere first sold in Europe again since the first generation.
I am 28, I have had two Mustangs, a 2014 that I gave to my mom, and a 2000 that I traded (straight swap) for a 98 Semtra that I currently drive. (the Sentra was in great shape the Mustang needed 5-8 k in repairs 😂 )
So, has the Focus gone? Your last video on the Focus was fitting big brakes and a suggestion that it might be used on track in the near future.
focus hasn't gone anywhere, its currently having a full respray..
