SEMAGLUTIDE REVISITED - JULY 23 - 3 years in

  • We're back talking about SEMAGLUTIDE (OZEMPIC) 3 years in and over 12 months since my last long form video.
    In this time Semaglutide has absolutely exploded and continues to gain traction and popularity, but along with the countless lives changed, there's been a growing amount of misinformation broadcast by Professionals who've reviewed the clinical data, BUT who haven't formed a well rounded opinion due to no actually taking it.
    Clinical data is needed but in the instance, it's only in select population groups, that don't necessarily apply to everyone. The way to form a full opinion is to collect personal data and data from population groups outside the study groups.... Then add all the information together, Which is the purpose of this video, and many more to follow
    If you have any questions or confusion on Semaglutide, Dosing, mixing etc, Please reach out via instagram and i'll be happy to help. As there's more bad information than good and it's too easy to get things wrong, which is why i make these videos

    Thank you! You are spot on! My husband has struggled with weight gain and prostate cancer and these peptides have literally given him his life back. He takes tirzepetide and has lost over 45lbs thus far. It gave him room in his life to start exercising and cleaning up his eating. They give you time back from the constant food noise. Speaking of overdose, I've experimented myself with a 5mg dose, which helped me to lose those 6lbs that had plagued me forever and since I regularly work out, it hasn't come back. So the idea that one just has to gain weight after going off of it is just not true. These peptides are tools, powerful tools, and the idea that there is some kind of morality attached to them is crazy.

    Hi Chris, I know it's a broken record for you but could you tell me 10mg of semaglutide powder mixed with 2ml water, how would I work out a 1ml per week dosage that I used to get from an ozempic pen please? Thanks for the vids.

    • @chrisbroomheadcoaching
      @chrisbroomheadcoaching  Před 11 měsíci

      I think you’re getting confused between mg and ml. ML are a measurement of liquid, MG are a measurement of powder and solids

    • @scottturnbull2702
      @scottturnbull2702 Před 11 měsíci

      Thanks for the reply, yes I was sent 10mg in powder form, then mixed this with 2ml liquid. I was receiving an ozempic pen before the shortage and the dosage of the pen was 1 mg per week. I’m trying to work out what the equivalent is in the new solution I now have. How much do I inject from the new solution to equate to the 1 mg of ozempic? I have a 1 ml needle.

      Someone else has told me it is 0.1 ml but you seem to know more about this.

    I have a semaglutide 6mg vial, how much bacteriostatic water do I need to put into it to take 0.25mg for one month???

    • @chrisbroomheadcoaching
      @chrisbroomheadcoaching  Před 3 měsíci +1

      You’ll need to use a calculator, but 6mg doesn’t divide evenly. So you’ll need to go to 0.3mg. I gave no idea why it’s 6mg instead of 5. I’ve never seen 6mg before

      @@jaseyriddle9308 I’d say that you should start dieting so you actually have an appetite to control. If you use semaglutide from before even starting to diet, the chance of continuing success without it is low, however, if you start to achieve success alone first, you’ll get far better and more sustainable results

    Accidentally got some testosterone oil in my peptide vial is it still G2G ?

    • @chrisbroomheadcoaching
      @chrisbroomheadcoaching  Před 8 měsíci

      I wouldn’t, mainly because oil and water don’t mix very well. If it was to water-based solutions or to oil based solutions, then nine times out of 10 it’s fine, with the biggest problem, usually being additional preservatives in certain products, Den others. Aside from that you’re often fine.
      However, if water and oil are together, then it isn’t the best idea to try and use it.
      The main question I have though is, how did you get testosterone oil in a peptide vial?

    • @ReggiEnergY
      @ReggiEnergY Před 8 měsíci

      @@chrisbroomheadcoachingI was searching online to see if you could mix,just to save on time/pinning frequency,there seamed to be lots of conflicting opinions as to whether or not you can, I found as a rule of thumb,from what I read you should add the water based peptide/steroid after the oil. I accidentally drew too much semaglutide and then thought I’d plunge some back in to the vial as it was sitting on top,bad call 😅

    I’m far to be fat but I still take ozempic because I used to binge eating junk ans it’s not healthy. I’m one month in and my eating habits change for the best, I feel way better and healthier.

    • @chrisbroomheadcoaching
      @chrisbroomheadcoaching  Před 7 měsíci

      The idea that semaglutide should be restricted to obese or diabetic people is absolutely ridiculous!
      It’s the most revolutionary supplement I’ve ever used, and being a bodybuilder for 14 years I’ve experimented with almost everything in existence
      Semaglutide changed my life and continues to do so as I’m now over 2 years into my own personal experiment with it, because the data is limited to diabetic and obese people, even though the majority of people using it are neither
      So someone has to collect relevant data. It’s completely changed my life and finally gave my control over a relentless battle to control my weight. This is why I make these videos because everyone deserves the right to know if something exists that can impact their life in such a way, and also people need to know the correct way to use and not abuse things

    • @chrisbroomheadcoaching
      @chrisbroomheadcoaching  Před rokem +1

      i've heard of people doing daily shots, i choose to do every 5th day instead though. Every 7 is too long for most people and the are starving on days 6 & 7. The only issue with daily for most people is that they don't want to do daily injections. Its the reason the Liraglutide never took off and semaglutide exploded
