  • We're back talking about SEMAGLUTIDE (OZEMPIC) and other GLP1s - 3 years into the personal trial, and over 12 months since my last long form video.
The purpose of this video is to educate and teach people real world information on usage, dosing and mixing, after an overwhelming number of people have reached out to me for help, after watching some of my previous videos.
In the last 18 months, Semaglutide has absolutely exploded even more and continues to gain traction and popularity, but there are some new kids on the block, as this category of products evolves more and more
Along with the countless lives changed, there's been a growing amount of misinformation broadcast by Professionals who've reviewed the clinical data, BUT who haven't formed a well rounded opinion due to no actually taking it.
Clinical data is needed but in this instance, it's only in select population groups (mainly obese diabetics, which the majority of us aren't) so the information doesn't necessarily apply to everyone. The way to form a full opinion is to collect personal data and data from population groups outside the study groups.... Then add all the information together, Which is the purpose of this video, and many more to follow
If you have any questions or confusion on Semaglutide, Dosing, mixing etc, Please reach out via instagram and i'll be happy to help. As there's more bad information than good and it's too easy to get things wrong, which is why i make these videos

@@chrisbroomheadcoaching I’ll watch what you put up. You’ve inspired me to do my own research, and I’ve finally gotten to a point where I don’t think of food every minute of every day of every day. I’m in good mental and physical shape. I grew up with, “calories in, calories out” thrown in my face but there’s a mental component no one tells you about that your brain always tells you you’re hungry. Miracle stuff.

Hello Chris, thanks for taking the time to make this video it was interesting and informative. One thing that I am curious about and would like to know is when it comes to the dosages…. if I for example was to purchase a 10mg Vial of the Semaglutide and mixed proportionately with the sterile water and I was to start at a recommended dosage of 0.25 that would equal 40 doses am I right? So obviously if this was a weekly dose of 0.25 could this be increased after the first 4 weeks just by doubling the dosage and would the mixture last as long as that? How does the stuff keep if kept refrigerated? will one vial last just over 3 months if first 4 weeks are at 0.25ml then following month at 0.5ml then 0.75ml and so on? I hope my late night questions make sense! Many thanks in advance.😅

Hi Luke, did you watch the full video?
Do not increase because some general guidelines told you so, dose and then increase on a needs basis
We are all genetically unique individuals, so general guidelines that have been given to millions of people are very unlikely to fit the majority of people
They are just guidelines that play it safe, and a better than nothing, but what is significantly better is treating everyone as a unique individual and structuring the dose, frequency, and general usage around what they need as an individual

@@chrisbroomheadcoaching Hey Chris, well I feel a bit stupid now! Obviously missed a whole chunk of the video while watching the other night as you clearly explained most of my questions in the first half! So I apologise for making you answer them again. I will start off with a low dose and see how my body responds to that and then move forward accordingly. The one question I still have is storage of the vial after it has been mixed, will it keep for very long after mixing? And you discuss the suppliers and obviously you are in the know and have been doing this a while now so would you have any recommendations for suppliers that you use and trust? Again I am very grateful for your support with this. L

You don't have to apologise, as you're still learning
it can actually keep for quite a while in the fridge after mixing. it will slowly lose potency, but it's very slow, so you miht notice towrds the end of the vial, if your dose is actually 0.25mg
