    What an awesome and fun workout!! It was very intense, but I was able to keep up and finish as super high intensity was mixed with lower intensity exercises. Masterpiece! Love it!

    Great one the mix of HIIT with lower intensity moves was great. Really enjoyed the warm up too. Thanks. :D Fitbit 197 calories and 24 zone minutes.

    Guys I burned 283 kcals🔥❤️ it was really tough but worth it now I feel light n confident in my self today before this workout I did another YT cardio kickboxing 25 min workout n now burned total 503kclas
