    The over 50 trainer at my gym (planet Fitness) have us doing mountain climbers and jumping squats, battle ropes etc. I was reluctant initially but once I gave it a try I was shocked I could build up to doing vigorous exercises. Now I'm so glad she challenged us. If you're in good health and over 50 sky is the limit! I'm 57 yrs old. Exercise actually improves arthritis and other ailments.

    I’m so glad I found you! Thank you. I am 71 had a hysterectomy at 45, and had abdominal surgery in January. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and chronic back pain. Until the last few years I was a runner and did hitt workouts daily as well as yoga. I have missed working out and being the person I used to be. My muscles have completely atrophied and I am so weak. I so enjoyed this workout and feel so good afterwards. I look forward to following you daily. Again thank you. I feel so hopeful for the first time in three years.

    I’m 61 and do 15 minutes of yoga daily and was noticing my sagging skin and thought I need some weight training.

    Thanks! I am 68 (almost 69!) and I go to a Pilates Studio 2X weekly and power walk about 2 3/4 miles each day! I am in FL for the winter and so need something that I can do on a mat while I am here! Awesome job and video!!😃👍

    Thank you, Jessica. I am 55 years young and 6 months ago broke my left hip and had a full hip replacement. I have always kept myself physically fit and as toned as possible and my goal is to not let this minor setback inhibit my movement and keep from my fitness.

    thank you for this great workout. I'm recovering from a bout of out of control hyperthyroidism, and right now can't do anything that elevates my heart rate much. I miss my HIIT workouts! For the moment I'm focusing on strength and stability, and this was perfect. I'm almost 55 and my balance is not what it used to be even though I'm decently fit. thank you!

    Love this workout! Strengthening the core is so important in keeping your balance as you age. I am 60. I love the osteoporosis prevention and strengthening the whole body as well. As a health and wellness consultant I have enjoyed sharing your video with others.

    Absolutely hands down one of the best videos I’ve ever seen especially for a beginner and or re-beginner, like myself , the information concisely given throughout the workout is priceless !     I am 61 do Pilates, yoga, chi gong, and rebounding 3 times a week. I have bone spurs and arthritis in my left hip, and a bit of sciatica. Thank you for posting these videos, I had to stop doing the Pilates after having hernia surgery but your videos on how to strengthen the muscles in that area and all your great information has brought the Pilates back into my routine, I thank you!

    Yay!!! This is what I need!!! As you have mentioned, we are supposed to pay more attention to striking a good balance of body all the time. Plus, squaring up to hormonal imbalance or fluctuations is what we need to practice more. Thanks so much for sharing these workouts, Jessica. I really enjoyed following the sequence.

    Thank you! Yes we can do all workouts but doing them for what we are lacking helps me realize strength training and getting up and down, so glute & thigh strength is good. I want less limits to lifting and moving around!! Thanks for the information!!❤❤

    Jessica thank you so much for this I can’t begin to tell you how this is made my day doing this work out I do have some prolapse going on I do believe it’s from all the aggressive workouts I’ve done over the years running Boot Camp etc...that has made it worse, feeling depressed that I really can’t do anything anymore this is made me realize that I can still be strong and work out and feel like myself thank you thank you

    THIS is what I have been looking for for years! THANK U!! And if u have any excercises for people with lumbar fusions PLEASE POST🙏 I am almost 4 years into my recovery of an L4L5 Lumbar Fusion and there has been little I have been able to do in light of exercises. Every time I try an exercise I always injure myself no matter how modify I do them....

    At the age of 40 this became my go-to workout, it reeeealy gives me the feeling of a hard and thorough workout, I feel all my muscles, and using weights is good for my insuline resistance.

    Thank you for the tip on wrist pain. I have dealt with that for the last 7 years. I've asked my doctor and everyone I can, but no one had any recommendations other than aspirin. I'm excited to see if strengthening my upper body helps.

    Loved your video. Have been doing Stotts Pilates for years but it became too expensive as a senior. Your workout is perfect even though it is done on the floor. I can do this even with arthritic wrists. Thanks and looking forward to more of your workouts. I will be 69 very soon.

    Love your workouts - esp your commentary - your comments are so spot on! Would you consider adding the routine write up/notes as a download option?
