Depends on where it’s on the aircraft, gas needed, and if it’s ferrying munitions to another base or actually using the munitions for combat. It can carry more than it can employ

They work great at stopping tornados. Usually it only takes one Stormbreaker per tornado. A few really big tornados can require two Stormbreakers.
These are several orders of magnitude too small to affect a storm, and even if they could, they'd just add energy to it.
@@SpringIsBACK If they couldn't stop the storm, then why would they be called *Stormbreaker.* Why make a weather control device if they don't work? What else would Stormbreakers possibly be good for if they didn't break up storms?

So the HIMARS could get even nastier? I hope they are working on a GLSDBII aka GLSB (Ground Launched StormBreaker) with the GBU-53B. Ukraine could really use this upgrade once congress puts this latest aid package up for a vote. Not as cheap as the GLSDB ($40k vs $200k.) Would be great for higher priority targets, especially those that are moving like an officer convoy

The storm breaker uses multiple types of guidance so it will use a combination of inertial guidance alongside other types of guidance used to detect targets.

What's not mentioned is when mounted on the needed hardpoint on the F35 the vaunted stealth is greatly reduced if not eliminated
These easily fit in a F-35 bay. "Eight bombs along with two AIM-120 AMRAAM missiles can be carried in the weapons bay of the F-22 Raptor or the F-35 Lightning II". From wiki.
