Yippy ! I have completed my 21 days of belly focused workouts each day 30 minutes without and rest or holiday ! Surely it has toned my abs not just abs but thighs legs 🦵 arms 💪 entire body itself for face I do workouts thrice a week and daily facial massage ! I am so so happy to see my determination dedication to sculpt my body and keep my body and mind healthy ! Thank you Roberta gym ! For nine days I will be able to do it only for five to ten minutes but I will do it at least for five minutes belly workouts then after ten days again I will be back to my leg back stretching exercise along with daily thirty minutes of belly workout !

She's got an 11 minute plank video online where you do 20/15 second planks with breaks in between. They're so difficult to start off with but they get easier and it feels great when you struggle less with them. Just in case you wanted to practice them
It can be tough at first, @jeanettehinds4253! If you're finding the routines challenging, try doing them daily, but take it slow. Don't push too hard to avoid any injuries. Just remember to progress gradually, and you'll get the hang of it. Keep at it, and good luck with your exercise journey! 💪
