Today I'm going to start this workout... Let's see what happens....

*Day 2* complete ✅
I've done your 7 days full body workout for a week and I didn't see any major change but saw my belly shrink a Lil bit then I shifted to this one and it felt so tiring more than burning. Walk downs and Burpees are my biggest enemies in this one lol. I feel like this is very effective!
So ,
Day 1------------> ✅
Day 2------------> ✅ It felt burning rather than tiring like yesterday. Also I didn't feel walk downs and slow burpees as an enemy like yesterday. Felt good today 👍🏻
Day 3------------> ✅ sweated a ton today!
Day 4------------> ✅ felt relaxing actually!!
Day 5------------> ✅ leg downs and forward jumps weren't easy cuz I had stomach cramps, didn't sweat a ton today and felt the burn🔥
Day 6------------> ✅ sweated a lot! Felt the burn near the stomach
Day 7------------> ✅ done! It's been a week and I don't see any difference 😶
Day 8------------> ✅ my belly stopped growing that's all I'm upto
Day 9------------> ✅
Thankfully
Day 2...i have completed workout. .. I have lots of swetting
