Vovlo XC90 Safety

In 2000, the new Volvo XC90 was put through tough tests to insure that it delivered. Volvo reasoned that it could destroy its reputation for safety if it didn't do things differently.
They worked on passenger safety and ways to minimize the damage done to other vehicles in a collision.
Corners were rounded. The hood was constructed to reduce impact. And, the bumpers were designed to work with a smaller car's safety systems.

2006 hab ich meine mutter in einem leih-xc90 mitgenommen, das war ein fehler. es hat 12 jahre gedauert, aber dann stand er da, der XC90 D5 AWD - und meine mutter hat gestrahlt wie die sonne am morgen.
Wir hatten schon viele autos, auch alte ami-schlitten - aber de XC90 war für meine mutter einfach "DER DA!"
Für mich persönlich, der XC90, ist GEIL, aber leider geil! weil für mich als single so ein pracht-monstrum einfach overkill wäre.
