When Dia Saba signed for Al-Nasr Dubai it was a historic day for Middle Eastern football.
It was the first time an Isreali footballer had been signed by an Arab club and the move conformed to a recent pattern of co-operation that would have been unthinkable until very recently.
Why was this transfer so controversial? Was it a positive move? Has it changed opinion in the region?
    Uri Levy explains.

I have a video request 😅 Could you make a video on Manchester United's playing style under Ole, if they even have any. They're very inconsistent, so it's hard to understand his playing style much, and also he rotates his midfielders alot and change formations in almost every match. I think that could be a good case study, as it sometimes works for Ole and sometimes it doesn't.

About Palestine failing to recruit Saba to play for them; I think that for nearly all players, strictly football considerations supersede political or identity concerns for them. If we take an example like Xerdan Shaqiri, he'd always choose to play for Switzerland before Albania and Albania before Kosovo. Nearly all players prioritise the likely chance to play at major tournaments when selecting which national team to opt for.
