Just look at the difference between this manger and our ex manager, for our ex-manager the most important thing was to play a certain kind of a "attacking entertaining football". On the other hand for Pep, the first and the foremost thing he mentions (and might I add emphasizes on) is the player relationships, player mentality and passion. He says that if he gets that one right the football itself becomes beautiful

I can still barely believe we have Pep, never looked forward to a season so much in my life.
Am A Liverpool supporter. But pep has had the biggest positive impact in English football. At the time this interview took place, ppl doubted wether his style can succeed in England. Well he made a mockery of that thought. Almost every team now attempts to play beautiful football. Every player has to be able to play with the ball. Our league is definitely now the best in the world. Negative dinosaurs like mourinho have been exposed. The football culture in this country he has changed and now a new generation of young English players who are technically as good as anyone in the world have emerged. This season he has shown his genius. He is in the conversation for best ever
