Great build series, amped for more
Great video, well done guys! Much support from Italy
Such a beautiful BWS.
It rides like a Machine!!!
What a epic build wow ..Great vids keep them coming..
Love this!
What an awesome build series. I loved the whole thing!
I’m keen to see what else you guys build. Maybe some 50cc or some Vespas? I would love for you guys to do a px150. 😂
I’ve also seen a lot of new Vespa sprints or primivera. They look so sleek.
Much love ❤❤
😮🔥🔥
Makes me amped for more mods 😅
👌🏼👌🏼🔥
Speak to PRD in Johannesburg for a 135 custom cast barrel which he ports to suit his PRD pipe. That with a KDX 36mm carb and Malossi high speed gears and you have a rocket. It wheelies all the time so you have to get use to it from the beginning. Keep in mind up here in Johannesburg we have a 2+/- 25% drop in HP. It will be a handful at the coast.
We know Jeremy Pincus very well, He does some awesome builds! We want to do some crazy builds like that soon for our own scoots! Stay tuned!
ggod content brotha
روعة عمل جيد
It can almost pop a wheelie now...
Almost! Maybe with someone more skilled or a little more tuning 😂
Sweet ride, do the neighbors complain? 😀
Surprisingly no complaints yet 👀😂
There a Malossi Kit for the new 2023 Xmax 300? If yes, can you do a similar vlog, with the kit, installation and performance review? Thanx!
Hopefully soon! Need to find who wants to do it!
Hi Guys ..
Great stuff .. !!!!
Do you have 125 conversion kitt including reed valvesl and carb in stock ?
Thank you so much
David
Yes we do! You can drop us an email for a quote. Find our email on our about page!
Great vid. Just curious what's your top rpm doing 130km/h with the secondary gearing? I'm looking to do the same.
We don't have an rpm sensor to check but it handles the top speed very well, Stays within the power band and has a lot of torque at speed which is great!
@@urban_riders thanks. Could you do a vid from standstill to top speed?
@@P2DAPIPE we hope to! Will need to chat to Clayton 👀
Do you install the malossi carburator? And the malossi engine 124cc ?
You should install a 28 carb if you want more power
28mm is going to be better. But as a “daily commuter” the 22mm is perfect.
i like the build and the insane atasion to detail but i dont undersatnt why a 125cc is that slow i mean i have seen 70--80cc that could gap that bike idk if its tha camra
It is a little weird. But the air cooled motors are not tuned for insane performance, so it’s harder to get more power.
😮
hello i have an aerox 100 with the same motor as yours. 125cc malossi kit with 26mm carb and stock variator will i have a difference if i max out my variator?
Definitely! The variator helps transfer that power better to the back wheel. Alot of power is lost through the drive and the performance variators help increase the power.
Hello my friend, why did you replace the roli 11gr with the roli 7.2gr knowing that the yellow rose malossi works with the 11gr
Hey there! With all the mods and especially the exhaust the lighter rollers allow the engine to spin up faster and get into the power band quicker. The heavy 11g rollers work best with the stock setup.
I bought a variateur malossi bws. Do I ride it as it is? 6 rolles 11gr. Knowing that the muffler is original, Yamaha 4vp.
If I wanted to fit an expansion chamber to my one do I have to change the jetting or is it best to go with a new carburettor
We haven't had any issues over the years in keeping the stock jetting.
Just make sure you don't make any changes to the stock airbox and filter. If you add a reed block, it does benefit to go to the 76 main jet[from the Nitro], up from the stock 72.5. (Sea Level settings)
But the full benefit will come from fitting a reed valve and 22mm carb.
What pipe are you planning on fitting to your scooter?
@@urban_riders not sure at the stage just looking around at the moment don't want to lose too much reliability
Will that delta clutch & torque driver fit a Yamaha Mio Sporty? I am currently using a bws100 multivar…
I’m not too sure, but if the multivar fits the clutch might, you need to check your bell housing is the same. The bws is 112mm
@@urban_riders thanks for your reply! I hope it will fit!
Clutch little springs are to soft, u can even hear ir shift from lower rpm when it starts to go to higher.
We still have a lot of adjustments we can do. But definitely many changes depending on what Clayton prefers
What does it cost to do the exact upgrade
For all Malossi parts it would be around R22,000 in South Africa
Give me this motor😍
I need proof of 130 kmh
I’ve hit 140.
@@ClaytonReichlin what setup ?
This is Clayton’s Scooter. I will have to see if we can get a GoPro on it soon!
Guys here in Florida consistently hit 120-130kmh with 70cc builds. That said we're talking the highest end of parts 2fast, S6 r/t, MHR etc. It's pretty wild tbh.
Very nice series 🤙🏼
Love it but for the love of f@#& they need to make an aluminum intake pipe.......
Or maybe titanium??
