Why this should ALWAYS be your FIRST scooter MOD!

We put out a poll not too long ago and only 51% of people think a variator should be your first mod! We want to increase that number because this should definitely be your first scooter modification. With an increase of around 15% from this upgrade alone and less power loss overall through the CVT, its a no brainer to sort this out first before putting more money and time into other mods.

I have a Yamaha prebug top end on my china doll bicycle engine. Yea hybrid, lol. I used the STAGE6 SPORT PRO MK2 cylinder and piston kit with billet adapter plate and billet intake for the use of a Mikuni vm20 carburetor.
That must be awesome and fun to ride!
Oh it is. Pretty fast considering no cvt and limited gear change. I could always use a larger rear sprocket, but I would have to use a larger brake rotor for the chain to clear. I have a 203mm rotor already,& it would have to be a 220mm or larger rotor. That would be another scooter conversion with hydraulic brakes. I’m using Zoom line pulled hydraulic brakes right now and they work really good,no skid’s so for. I’m turning it 14,000 rpm’s with a 9t-36t gear on a 26.5” tire, really fast for a bicycle, but I do have 9t,10t,&11t front sprockets to get as fast as I would ever want to go.
Awesome video. Getting better and better every time 😅
Soon to be a Bollywood Star! 😋
Great vid gents! I can confirm I followed this approach on your recommendation and the driving experience on my scoot changed completely! Keep up the great work!
Great vid. Would be great if you did a before and after to see the difference.
Thank you! We definitely should! It’s very hard when the scooters we are working in are not our own 🙈 hopefully we can do our own builds and do as many tests as we want!
Nice one boys
Hi what's the price of your exhaust
At this moment we do not have any exhausts available. We need to set up a new fabrication workshop before they available again. It is not possible to give a price at this stage. If you in Jhb, try Jeromy at PRD.
Que buen video hermano muchas gracias por cierto donde compras tus piesas malossi? Lo haces directamente de su página?
Thanks very much! We are Malossi agents in South Africa and buy directly from Malossi. However you can always buy from the Malossi store. That’s always the best for people in the Northern hemisphere.
Me podrías ayudar con algún link de referencia?
