Watch as we build up this super clean Yamaha BWS 100cc from stock standard (only an exhaust) to a fully built Malossi beast! In this video we fit the complete drive, clutch and install a gear up kit.

The standard is 15/47. So this does affect your gearing and gives you a better top speed.
Probably too late but could you do a before and after
0 - 60 with the gear-up kit .
Definitely! Look out in the next video. Only difference is that the before and after is will all the mods. Maybe next time we will do a comparison with the gear box only
Hi is that the over range pulley sir is this fit with starter
This was not an Over Range kit, just a regular Malossi build. The Gearbox upgrade we did will increase your top speed but is for your Gearbox.

Im wondering is the MALOSSI cylinder installed with stock cylinder head?
Yes, you will see in the next video. Malossi used to have a cylinder head for the 100cc but no longer make it. We could machine the head, but maybe on the next one? 👀
