    300 calories (tracked with my vivoactive 4s). I did sweat, but I wouldn't say it's a full body workout. Mostly focused on arms and abs. Legs were not really involved ( no squats, full kicks, jumps instead of steps -- things I've typically experienced in previous live zumba classes). Choreography is pretty much the same move but in variations, not Latin inspired. This is good for beginners or those stepping back into fitness after a long time.

    This was really easy to follow which I loved and every workout I do I never burn the amount of calories it says because I don't weigh that much and i'm already in shape but this workout burned 220 calories and I only weigh 113 pounds and i'm 5'4 so I really enjoyed this and it did not dissapoint I was definetly sweating after so thank you lol

    i did this religiously for 2 days and damn i did saw changes like
    1) my body became more curvy
    2) i did lost little weight in my thighs
    3)' i sweated a lot ( like i mean it , a lottttttttttt)
    but, this seriously works and if you will try this workout and you wont regret it i swear cause it really did worked for me

      You have to be consistent. Cut down on foods high in sugar and starch. No soda or junk food. For best results, practice twice daily, morning and evening. After 1-3 months you will see a clear change in your body. Wish you have a beautiful healthy body
