- An automated car parking system is usually deployed in a development to save space in place of a multilevel parking garage. It isn't cheap and in many ways, a luxury itself. Hence, save to say, this development is a luxury development where land is scarce. It's right smack in the city centre, and it's located right beside KL Tower, so close that you get a full, unobstructed view of the KL Tower, from the very bottom of the base right up to the top.
In this property review, I step into loading bay of the automated car parking to take a glimpse of the gigantic multi-storey mechanical wonder that is able to shift and move hundreds of cars seamlessly.

The compressed marble flooring is very old school vibe.
And cheap
Nah, compressed marble doesn't look that much different from pure marble. If anything, luxury properties always use marble as opposed to other material. Maybe the design of this compressed marble is old school, could be a better design (portoro marble - black with gold veins)?

@@JackChang27 my house is marble flooring and is nothing look like this at all. This is just a tile made by small pieces of marble and can't be anything related to luxurious at all tbh

I visited several units there few weeks ago and I wasn't overly impressed, rather disappointed actually. The units were nice but something was missing, small details here and there it's like they wanted to make (affordable) "luxury" at cheaper prices. Bathroom was so so, the furnitures provided were bulky and looked cheap and so on. The facilities were nice though, the only thing good I believe !.
And the most important thing which was a big no no was there are nothing around the building😮: no convenient stores, no coffee places, no (small) marts. The nearest places you can get something is changkat area (bars+restaurants).
Furniture could have been better but as far F&Bs, it's quite convenient I feel. Bijan is just around the corner, less than 50m away? Then further down, you have Rabbit Hole, stylo chic bar.
Facilities such as lounge, business lounge and community kitchen lounge need to pay to use (resident) $100/hr minimum 3 hours. There are not free
Rate is on the high side for sure. But the facilities being chargeable is rather normal. Even much cheaper condos also impose a certain fee to use such facilities. Only ones that are free are always the gym, sport courts (although advance booking is usually needed) and the swimming pool.
just curious, any space for motorcycle parking?
