We are back in this address again after checking 2 adjacent projects to witness the juxtaposition between the high dense concrete jungle and the open golf course within KL City Center.
Within this small plot of land, this boutique development leverages on the convenience of being close to most of the main office towers with KL City. Plus the brand new Conlay MRT station is also in operations right now resulting in a high rental rates for the properties around.
However, orientation and height of the unit matters a lot in this setting. On one side you get to enjoy the open golf course view, but on another you'll be facing a very near high rise building. Due to the high demand of properties, there are very high uncertainties of the views as anytime any piece of land will be developed most likely into another gigantic structure.
But overall, we are witnessing things going back to normal!!
If I lived there I'd definitely add a door to the master bath. The sounds and lights if someone were to use the bath/toilet or (since it's not full height) or do laundry while someone else was trying to sleep...very unpleasant.
The worst part is the smell after shitting 🤢🤮
after watching many of your videos, I notice almost all new projects regardless how atas it is has a refuge room. I am so glad mine which is an old condo in Mont Kiara has individual unit dustbin area. I somehow just dislike refuge rooms. Maybe becks I moved from a house.
Just curious, if the condo isn't finished building, do you know where will the refuge room be located?
For example, Skyline Kuchai Lama isn't finished and want to avoid a unit near the refuge room.
@@gqn2 there will be a floor map at the project leaflets. You may ask the agent or go to the showroom. Please ask for the water pump, ventilated fan(if any) location too.

Hi Sean, I like your channel. Would like to ask that if I buy a house to invest with 70% loan. The rental shall able to cover 80-90% of the 70% monthly instalment or I shall still assume it’s 90% loan and rental return should cover 80-90% of the higher instalment? :) thanks!

17:25 Bathroom has no door, not just problem with moisture but smell too. The partitions in the toilet don't go all the way to the ceiling, so after you poop, your whole bedroom may smell like shit. 🤢🤮 Horrible design to me.

Horrible design with the master bedroom toilets. Can't imagine people flush without closing the lid, and when flushing all the germs will be airborne. =)
