Duta Park @ Jalan Kuching, KL: By the developer of Pavilion: Malton, yet, not Pavilion branded?

  • This development is very luxurious and at the same time, it isn't. At a glance, these photos showcase the luxuries of a sophisticated urban lifestyle. It's also located very close to KL City Centre, along a main artery road of KL and developed by a reputable developer that is synonymous with luxury malls. If one were to go through their sales brochure, there's even a Bentley seen driving through the development. That's how it's being marketed.
    Yet, it's not quite there yet, and that's probably why this developer did not named this development after their famed 'Pavilion' brand.

      One of the toughest type of questions that I always get, having to choose between properties. I will go with my unpopular comment, which is, it depends on one's needs and requirements.
      The ERA offers more convenience as there is a retail component at the bottom and also the promise of an upcoming new LRT station while Duta Park offers much more exclusivity, privacy, and the high life.
      If I were to choose, probably The ERA while raising my family (kids still with me) and Duta Park as a place to retire (when kids have started their own family).

      Thnx! Only a handful of condos have proper, functional concierge services oh. Even some Pavilion branded condos don't have, hence, not surprising this doesn't have concierge service.

    Lucky this project no problem. Mutiara Hilltop Puchong, another project by Malton, sangkut recently. A few months already but no progress...sadz...
    Nice review by the way. Looks spacious and high-end, but not premium level somehow...

      Aiks. Hopefully nothing major for Mutiara Hilltop Puchong. A few months is too short a period to tell, if more than 6 months and no visible progress, then could be worrying indeed. From what I checked from their website, it's still being updated as March 2024? The previous one is Dec 2023, which is a decent break of a few months before the next update. Hence, likely the next photo update of the Site Progress will be in June/July 2024?
      Yeah, overall vibe for this place, is that it looks spacious and upmarket, but probably not ultra premium (Pavilion branded) luxury yet.

    Not a really great layout. Am of the opinion that all rooms or even +1s should have some window for ventilation and light. It's a bit lacking when most new projects are able to deliver on most of this criteria. Natural light and air is very underrated.

      Yeap, totally agree with you on this. A +1 that does not even have a window, a door and 4 walls should not be marketed as a +1.

      Didn't managed to explore the lower ground carparks and the back entrance elevation, relative to the back entrance road. Only time will tell.
