are there torque s;pex for all those fasteners? cuz i would have no idea how tite is tite enuf , not tite enuf, or too tite!.. smFh

You don't mention the Heybike App so maybe they got rid of that. The Mars 2.0 bought last year had defects on the rack, seat, folding stem & the front wheel bearings were damaged. Then the eBike controller went dead & Heybike refuses to discuss &/or correct the warranty defects in workmanship & quality.
