As a Bolton fan, today was gutting, we didn't turn up and there's some serious questions and discussions to take place. But away from that, fair play to Oxford they thoroughly deserved it and I'm buzzing for their supporters to grace the championship.
Well done Oxford, Derby and Pompey, you have all deserved it, enjoy the championship next season. We will only get there when we deserve it.

I moved from Edinburgh to London to watch Wolves (I support a Premier League club, a bit boring innit?) away at Brentford. Paid off as we won 4-1.
I remember a Bolton fan asking Marlon Pack after a Pompey 1 -1 draw at Bolton, "where is your promotion Party"? and Marlon asking the same question back to the Bolton fan... Karma!!!! Where is Bolton's promotion party? Glad Oxford are up. Bolton fans always saying that they were the best team in the league, well stay in that league then!

What a fantastic turn out for both teams. Fans doing their club super proud. Coming to Wembley is always a special occasion. The sunshine. The atmosphere meeting all the fans from both clubs but on the day hail rain or shine there can only be one Winner. Whats quite sad is we lose Ben next season with Pompey going up and Fleetwood the other way. Great channel, will miss the "lads and ladies" next season but will watch for League 2 updates.

I thought although you lot had more of the ball you looked like you had 0 creativity because all you did was knock the ball out wide and cut inside which after your first chance we closed down every time. I honestly can't believe that Bolton team is pretty much the same team that thrashed us 5-0 in March. Good luck for next season also you will be top 6 again
@@OakeeOUFC hope you are right but with the teams coming down and other teams in league One who will improve it will be a hard season. Although we had a lot of the ball means nothing if you don't score. Hope Oxford stay up next season I know you'll give a good go of it

Never underestimate your opponent, number 1 rule! Gutted Bolton didn't win but Oxford played better, having possession doesn't equal goals, throughout the season we've had majority possession in a lot of games but need to get the goals in, team were missing passion today, no idea what happened 😢

Can't understand why so many fans were happy for us (Bolton) to lose. Yes, there's a few idiotic fans of ours who have been arrogant and Evatt has made some silly claims but for the vast majority of us, we are just desperate to see our club get back to where we were a few years ago, before we nearly ceased to exist. Oxford deserved the win today and it was an incredibly frustrating performance from us, but well done to them, they capitalised on our failure. As for the Pompey fans relishing our loss, I'd just say there's only one thing worse than a bad loser, and it's a bad winner. Another great video Cod, keep it up 👍

Yes, the arrogance of some is too much, but all clubs have the same retards spouting the same old crap.
That fan who decided to poke Marlon Pack (bought a ticket for the promotion party), is a dickhead of the highest order.
Jack Ward's videos are extremely insightful and having this continue next season is great.
More of a local Derby, compared to a much longer trip up North.
Even though I think Bolton will be strong next season, so many bloody good clubs will be in the mix to get only 3 spots.

Ben, you mentioned 70,000 fans, there were 85,000 there for Pompey vs Sunderland for the Tin-Pot Trophy back in 2019. 70,000 was poor for a play-off final IMO.

Great video! I normally don't agree with the playoffs, it should be top 3 go up and that's it like it used to be. However Oxford totally deserved that win, completely out thought and out fought Bolton. Also, they lost their manager early on in the season, just when they were up at the top and recovered from that setback. They're a much better team than most people realise, think Bolton thought they'd just knock it around and stroll to victory, no chance! Feel a bit sorry for Bolton fans, except the irritating and embarrassing thogden 😂

@@CodsVlogs lol I think it's only a 50 50 chance ,they will give old Ian another go to get em up ,league one's going to be the most brutal it's ever been ,next season apart from your Barnsley and posh youl have Wrexham ,up there Hollywood's already trying to bring in championship players and then youv got Birmingham city ,with a sore yank at the helm I think they will be big next season ,as for pool if we don't get Rhodes back at least and other lucky loans ,I think we l struggle next season wouldn't even surprise me ,If we went down and for me if that got sadler to go I'd take it ,were going knowere under him and his greedy ways and never ,buying players can't build a strong enough side never .

Well, I did say have a lot of people underestimated us not me I thought Bolton was There for the taking defensively, I don’t think they look good when you look back what ox has been through this season those two Prat Who left us in the lurch? Who’s laughing now? They won’t be and the goalkeeper who suddenly jump ship and went to Sheffield Wednesday who’s laughing now what goes around comes around Oxford UNITED thoroughly deserve this. I’m a loyal man myself and I like loyalty those you don’t give it can’t be trusted.
