Wonderful to see you cover our win yesterday. We were the tier below you. Odd game in a way as we played so well - yet Bolton just didn't show up. Arguing amongst each other and had no attacking ideas. Not what I expected at all. But, we're up!!!!!
For most of the Bolton team that will have been the biggest game of their career. Bolton fans leaving early is perhaps understandable. Enjoy the Championship and don't be surprised if things get a bit crazy; that's a normal Championship season.

As a Bolton fan, I do wish we pulled off a miracle but ultimately our team didn’t show up, and Oxford played at their best. Congrats to Oxford on their promotion and all the best for next season! Hi Alex, Really enjoyed that. The play-off finals look like a really good day out. Perhaps Oxford will get back to back promotions like Ipswich? I wonder what the likes of Man City and Arsenal would make of the "car park end" at Oxford's ground.
Both the gunners and Man City have played there recently and both will probably play in our new stadium in 30 months time. This time the ground will be finished unlike the one we've been shackled with for 25 years. However, in following the U's up and down the country the k*ssam isn't as bad as everyone states. I've seen alot worse lol.

You were sat with the fair weather and never been to a game before fans. Worth remembering that Oxford aren't a massive club. We've got less season ticket holders than stands. And all of us were right behind the goal due to the ticket allocation availability.

One of the worst performances I have ever seen. Mirrors the performances in losses against Carlisle Wigan Blackpool. No want, desire or effort from any of the players. Fair play to Oxford they made us pay for it. Feels like we are becoming one of the teams that will stay in league one for a while, almost like a Sunderland or a Portsmouth. Hurts a lot. We don’t go up next season either. Players will leave this summer and league is harder next season. Next season will be Evatts last if we don’t go up. Yeah not a good day but fair play to Oxford and their fans were brilliant.
