      @popis3493 Pƙed 3 lety +2

      @@Dandelion560 it has been two months since the surgery. I am in the shock loss face, meaning that the implanted hair will fall between the 1st and 3 rd month (and it's normal, you can search about that in youtube), and then grow back from the third month on. Just remember, is really from the third month on that that hair will start growing, and to see the optimal outcome, it will take at least a year. But is totally worth it. Is really the only solution. I am happy and waiting for the hair to grow back. In my case it was only the receding hairline, but I hated it. As I said, the hard part is trying to hide the surgery from people, at least until your normal hair grows and hides the red parts where they implanted hair

    I have no problem getting wrinkles or turning grey. It's something you gain when you get older and it shows that you are living and experiencing things in life, but with Alopecia you are LOSING something of yourself and that's something a lot of people underestimate. Especially for young people. Got my hair transplant done a week ago and only received positive feedback from the people around me. Even at the airport in Turkey people came up to me asking for advice and giving me compliments. It was a reality check that people are a lot nicer than we might think sometimes. It's not something to be ashamed of and I highly encourage everybody to do it. But if you do it...do your research and find a good clinic

      Also I was kind of dreading what everyone would think of it, but I told a lot of people, they looked at my head for a second and then they just moved on. As if nothing changed. I really was surprised because I thought people would be dramatic about it

    I've had 3 procedures done. Two in the United states and one in Mexico City. My first one was in 2015, 2000 grafts. $8000.00 The second was in 2017, 1000 grafts. $4000.00.
    My third was in Mexico City, 3500 grafts $3900.00. I SHOULD have did it in Mexico (or Turkey) the first time! They were actually more professional in Mexico. In Mexico they understood to double up the grafts at the hairline for a much better look. Mexico also used PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) where they use your own enriched blood to soak the grafts after extraction to keep them more vibrant for reinsertion. its just not that big of a deal. $3900.00 dollars and boom my hair is back. It takes courage, you worry what friends might think, will it work? What about while I'm waiting for it to grow and I look like a freak?..lol. Answer? Your friends will be supportive if they are true friends. It DOES work and just wear a damn hat until it grows in.

I'm in a much better head space now and I'm taking proactive steps to cure my hair loss such as minoxidil and PRP treatment. Its early days yet but im positive. Money is no object when your appearance can have such an effect on you, so any cosmetic procedures I fully support. If I can offer any advice it would be, if your worried about you appearance in any way make an early intervention before it adversely affects you mentally and emotionally.

I also have been getting PRP treatments (Platlet Rich Plasma) which is the next best thing to a hair transplant. You need to get this done every month for the first 3-4 months to reap the best results but after that it only needs to be done 2 times per year. My aim is to restore my hairloss with Minoxidil and PRP and then quit Minoxidil once my hair is restored as the PRP will maintain my hair growth. I will say though do not get disheartened when hairs start to fall out in the first month or so as this is actually a good sign because your hair is shedding to make way for your new healthy hair. Keep your chin up though buddy, took me a long time to realise peoples opinions mesn didly squat and my opinion of myself was the only one that truly mattered and actually impacted me. Stay physically and mentally healthy too to give your hair the best chance because even people with no genetic hairloss can loose thier hair if they are not physically and mentally healthy. 😉👍

I'm quite a big built guy so it made me look like a bit of a thug if I'm honest (plus my tattoos) whereas I used to be known as a bit of a pretty boy back in my 20s - quite a difference to now lol. So I had 2900 grafts placed from the front to get my hairline and thickness back. I'm still in the "shock hair loss" phase but over the last week I am noticing thin fine growth and itchiness as it comes through the scalp. It'll only get thicker from now on so roll on the next 9 months.

      rajabu malilo look at The Bald Truth website, you can see surgeons that they rate on there. You should also look for a surgeon who is part of the ISHRS. These are good places to start. Do a CZcams search for Joe Tillman’s channel you can find lots of good information from there.

    People don’t get it til it happens but when you’re in your 20s especially, losing your hair really fucks with you mentally and consumes you. I started balding in the back when I was 22 and It was all I thought about everywhere I went even tho other people would say it wasn’t that bad but ended up getting a transplant and it was life changing. Feel so much more confidence and if something can do that for you then it’s well worth it. The recovery for it was surprisingly really easy too. Within like 10 days you couldn’t even tell I had something done

      siemniak that’s silly. A lot of women like bald guys and even if they don’t actively prefer them they wouldn’t not think someone’s attractive if they met them that’s not a dealbreaker. It’s comparable if you want to think of it this way: A guy his whole life prefers blonde girls. But then as it always happens he goes out and he falls in love with the brunette who is also beautiful.

      Yeah right let's break down. You are a beautiful woman, let's say 8 - 9 /10.
      You have a choice: Guy that is balding or guy that is not balding. Personality does not matter because I think we can find as many balding guys as not balding guys with great personalities. In fact i can bet that balding guy especially if he was balding since he was in his teens, will have better personality because he has to have better personality because life made him to work out on that. If you're gonna tell me you would still choose bald guy for some reason i really can't say anything against your argument, because it does not make sense and i can not argue with someone that does not make sense. And let's add the obvious fact that a woman that is 8/10 or higher has like millions of options everyday, every minute every second, so she always has a choice .. . Now on the contrary guy that is into blondes if he is not handsome or rich, he will settle with blonde, brunnete, or black haired woman older or younger woman, but she is not going be beautiful because he has no options... Does that makes sense to you now ???

    From people that dont suffer from male pattern baldness saying just shave it , it's not that easy you dont know how it feels until it happens to you , when people make jokes about you it's all fun and games to them I know they dont mean any harm but the fact that they made the joke really puts you down and shows they notice it , I used to have thick dark brown hair kinda had it styled it like henry cavills hair and I was really confident I would approach any girl and had no problem getting a girls number i would have no problem looking them in the eyes, I also used to get around 100 likes on every picture with my thick locks on facebook , when I started balding 3 years ago my confidence took a huge hit after 2 years my scalp was noticeable so I wore hats for a while before shaving it off completely been bald for a year now and grown a beard, I've noticed all those girls I used to get attention from no longer look my way and ghost me for a day or 2 before telling they are not interested where as before they would write back straight away and give me compliments on my hair I only get around 15 likes now instead of 100 with a shaved head, I've even been told by female friends that I used to be so attractive and they had a crush on me years ago but was scared to let me know when I had hair but not now because their not into bald guys this broke me considering one of the girls that said it I also had a crush on her now I know I don't have a chance with here because she told me she's not into bald guys when I asked her out for a date she no longer finds me attractive , another thing is people think balding guys are older than they are , I remember being at a friends party with loads of people in a bar that I didn't really now and we was going around the table introducing ourselves and giving our ages I remember when it got around to me and I said I was 24 I could see the shock around the table and some girl said that she thought I was atleast 40 its horrible 1 in 5 men that suffer hair loss consider committing suicide from it , been thinking about getting a hair transplant in turkey to get my confidence back

      Use finasteride, I was your age when I started thinning, now I’m 21. People will scare you with the side effects but I’ve been taking it and I’ve haven’t faced anything. Finasteride stops hair loss and regrows thinning hair even (proper results are shown in 6 months). If you’re wondering what the side effects are ; it’s APPARENTLY gonna effect your libido, it didn’t for me, it MIGHT cause brain fog, once again, it didn’t for me. Try it, if you don’t have any side effects in 1 month than keep taking it otherwise stop. Imma deffo get a hair Transplant tho, wanna fix my shitty hairline 😂😂😭😭
