The result was terrible. The machine broke the hairs (transection). The hair Zach gained back was from taking oral medication called finesteride. It's best to have grafts removed manually rather than having a fancy machine do it. It's marketing. He should have gone with a FUT strip instead of FUE.

It would be so great if fake hair is more accepted by society. You can choose different styles, length and colors easily. You can take it off when it's too hot. No need to pay for expensive surgery and potentially get some rare side effect.
You can get rare side effects from hair pieces too... The glue that holds it in place etc

yea its a big deal when you are a girl i undersrtand. try derma rolling, buying trace mineral drops to put in water, eating healthy, im prone to hair loss but it gets better when i do things that reverse or help the process. it could be a number of things you can address yourself without surgery. im guessing you might have a thyroid problem. look up natural thyroid support. do research. try intermitent fasting. i promise if it can get better as a male balding, its going to be easy for a girl because it is less aggressive in women. you could have high test or low estrogen. its either a hormone problem or a nutrient problem. hope this helps.

I’ve always said the best thing to do for insecurities is to do something about them, whether it’s surgical, cosmetic, or in Zach’s case hair restoration. Insecurities just bring your confidence down, so if there’s something you can do to make you look how you want, go for it! It brings your confidence up so much

Chavis Scott great point however we intentionally decided to keep it a bit recessed and natural so he can age into the hairline gracefully! It was very even and balanced, it sometimes looks off after with the swelling. It’s good for you to know master barber that the hairline resorted is permanent and it’s often best to keep it a bit recessed!
I just can't believe how far medicine and technology have come that this is even possible. In just a century we've gone from gangrene being a legitimate threat, to minor surgeries being so trivial that people use them to counteract baldness.

ngl, zach right after the surgery, when his face is all puffy, looks like when my younger sibling got sun poisoning. besides that, im so glad that zach did this for himself! it's important to treat yourself to treatments if you think they'll increase your quality of life

Yeah, so brave getting unnecessary surgery and perpetuating a society driven by vanity instead of facing his inner turmoil and working through his problems in a healthy way, the braver option frankly (which you don't have to do publicly either but hey, at least this way gets views, gonna need them to cover the costs of the procedure)
