Josie and pops !!! sorry this is the only way i could get through to you..... i have worked as a co-commentator for the Urdd urban games the last few years, last time i called the street skate event with Rhiannon, (such an awesome person) i had no idea that Josie and her used to skate together ... however i knew you from your channel, but did not know at the time that you are friends with rhainnon, until i saw you in her skate clips!
i have been collecting and digging for 11 years, ... i have half a barn full of bottles i have dug over the years, mostly Victorian dilapidated places on Anglesey North Wales, if you two ever fancy doing a dig up this way, there is a summer house for you both to share, and i have a ton of not dug bottle pitts! . anyways, love the channel, used to go on adventures with my pops all the time in canada, since then he's had a life changing stroke, lovely to see both of you out together, big love from llanberis north wales

That is so fun that bikes lamp. We call it: a Bakelite lamp. They are also the same shape for cars. Only bigger. Love the chicken cup. Nice finds as always.
Glazing on the inside of a stone ware pot , used for food or food products. Glazing on the outside, more decorative use. Probably 1850 to1900 might be older.😊

That LNWR button is fantastic! A lot of my local lines were LNWR back in the day and railway finds are my favourite 😍 That brown bowl and the plant pot you threw back are lovely! I grow a LOT of plants so I always hope to find old terracotta plant pots etc! Good luck with the Christmas Etsy shop, mudpies videos are amongst the best after all!

👍👌👏 Oh WOW, great finds. Congratulations! 🎉 I always enjoy your muddy adventures. It's always difficult to decide what I like the most. This time it might be the bicycle lamp top and the little stoneware bowle that is glazed only inside. The discrepancy between the rough, matt exterior and the smooth shiny interior is somehow intriguing. Of course you need to have such an oil burning bicycle lamp now. 😁 ;-)

I really love the stoneware. Being a potter, it has a special place in my heart. The bowl is lovely.
It looks like it was fired upside-down. I love the deep color on the bottom. Merry Christmas to all.
We love stoneware too. We have since learnt that the bowl was most likely used for storing beans ! Take care 😀

I love that creek to. Nice unusual bottle with the roman numbers, the bottle stopper is massive and a couple of nice stoneware.
I am so jealous.!!🙃 You have no idea how much I want to come to the UK to explore. I live in Pennsylvania in the US. We have a lot of late 19th century bottle dumps to find and metal detecting is great here. A lot of history in Pennsylvania. But nothing like across the pond. Thanks for your videos. Keep them going. I love Marmite! I think people who hate it spread it too thick and it puts them off it for life. 😂 I remember that mug aswell as the pig version which went with it. Probably from BHS in the 80's at a guess. Fabulous finds!

As always you guys, very entertaining, rewarded with some great finds! To pick the best, very hard, but top of the list is the cap of that bicycle oil lamp Josie. Magic!! Close, close second is that unique bottle with Roman numerals, has to be a rare find, along with the railway button. Still love ceramic jars and those two were beauties!

You found so many cool things this time. I love the history of the lighthouse bike light. The brown bowl is so nice, I would put some flowers or crystals in it and also trim the top of of the pretty green vase so I could use it.
All of the blue bottles are really lovely. Too much to coo over. If I didn't live in the America, I would be cleaning out your Etsy shop. Good luck with that.

I love the blue bottle, the colour is beautiful. The badge is awesome too. My grandad used to work on Southern Railways which is more your neck of the woods, it would be cool if you ever found something to do with them. Love your enthusiasm and your channel. Oh and 👍🏻👍🏻 for marmite (especially dripping through the holes of hot buttered crumpets 😋)

Always a pleasure watching you on your larks and the excitement when a new find shows its self.
The simple brown bowl might be 16th to 19th. This info is from museum of london. This ‘country pottery’ came in a range of utilitarian forms, from jugs, to watering cans and drinking vessels but was widely used for other crockery items. We’re getting a bit of a hipster vibe here in the popularity of these rustic forms.
What to look out for: fine, reddish-orange earthenware painted with a plain orange or green glaze on the inside, or sometimes on both surfaces
