It is stinking hot where I live, but watching you shiver made me feel cold. I feel like I am watching a video game when you break out the underwater ROV, and I am making hand and head gestures everytime you try to grab something with it. I must look like I am having a fit. Haha. The stress of 'will he get it or not', is maddening. It must be a nightmare for you. Love it. Awesome vid. Take care brother.

I must say a “Nail biting episode”, but hey a few obstacles and minor mishaps and you were extremely successful HH. You sure experience a lot of adverse conditions, but always come out positive and successful. Relieved to hear that you didn't freeze your butt off. Gotta love those long johns. Really enjoy your sense of humour/humor - humour/humor apparently signifies intelligence. You can complain/natter away to your heart's desire as long as you keep bringing us WW2 History adventures. :) Kinda like it as it adds to the adventure/entertainment. Puh, it's a good thing you didn't lose the ROV, as it sounds like it was touch and go. Yes, thanks QIC for lending that magnificent piece of technology. I have to say that one of my favourite/favorite WW2 Historical sites are the ones with the Luftwaffe connection. Couldn't believe my eyes when you lucked upon the 1941 German Luftwaffe Plate. What can I say, it's exquisite! You did an terrific job of cleaning it up. A lot of elbow grease was involved. What a beauty! Looking forward to the other secret item you found there. I am very anxious to see the video on the submarine harbour/harbor, in part because of your history as an ex submarine helmsman HH. Thank you again HH for going out there and weathering all of the elements, in order to bring us WW2 History. We appreciate it. Please stay safe, and yes of course keep smiling.

HH, an additional modification idea: Grip pads on the armature for stronger more slip-resistant grabs. Oh, and LOL, a good pair of thermal touch-sensitive gloves.

I keep telling you this and you may not remember me with so many supporters you have, I am amazed every time you recover a plate. It’s mind blowing to me that complete plates, bowls and cups are just laying out there. Am just amazed seeing them. Your so lucky to have companies that support you and your channel with such great equipment to do all these exploration. You did a great job operating the ROV in these conditions. While the ice on top of the water probably stop the waves on top, did it increase the current under the water? Am sure operating an underwater ROV is more difficult than it looks. I enjoy your channel so much.

That was quite a battle with the ROV and well done on getting that historic piece of the crockery to the surface. I hope that you've now thawed out from that freezing cold expedition.
