    GlowShift 7 Color Series Fuel Pressure Gauges will help you make sure your vehicle’s fuel pressure is running at optimal levels. Also included is a 9’ Pressure Sensor Harness, 2’ Power Harness, Mounting Hardware and more for installation.

    7:46 ... That ground is iffy. Rusted metal and plastic. It'll work, but not the best.

    Do I need the sensor relocation kit,installing a FASS 165,Glowshift big line kit & Glowshift fuel pressure gauge.

    • @GlowShift
      @GlowShift  Před 5 lety +1

      The FASS system should have a port that you can connect the sensor to directly.

    I'm not clear if your installing the sensor before or after the fuel filter. I already have an led sensor on my truck on the fuel line up by my injection pump. Can I install this gauge sensor there or does it need to be on the filter housing?

    • @GlowShift
      @GlowShift  Před 2 lety

      We always recommend the fuel filter housing but yes it sounds like you could install it there as well.

    Just wondering, Why Teflon tape on the AN fittings? all the AN fittings on my car are self sealing with a conical taper that connect male to female. I thought that was the industry standart

    • @GlowShift
      @GlowShift  Před 7 lety +1

      We use Teflon tape on all of our male threads as they are 1/8 NPT to ensure there is a tight connection.

    You don't have to prime your fuel pump after installation or anything do you?

    mine was working then I unplugged a battery to change my coolant filter. after plugging the battery in the gauge won't stop flashing. I checked all the connections and they seem fine. any suggestions?

    • @GlowShift
      @GlowShift  Před 7 lety

      Depending on the series the gauges will flash if they do not have a good connection to the sensor. I would suggest checking all of your connections. If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to contact us for more assistance.

    Can you still install if you have the stock fuel filter housing?

    • @GlowShift
      @GlowShift  Před 5 lety

      Yes, we have adapters to fit just about any vehicle.

    • @gavinsheets9582
      @gavinsheets9582 Před 5 lety

      GlowShift Gauges I have all of the adapters from this video but I can’t find info for the stock housing anywhere. I bought a 400$ kit from y’all and it didn’t even come with everything I needed. I’ve had to order multiple things and it still doesn’t seem like I have all of it. Not everyone has 1000 dollars just to drop on a new lift pump.

    • @GlowShift
      @GlowShift  Před 5 lety

      If you have a 2003-2009 Dodge Ram the fuel filter housing will be accessible through the driver side wheel well. To install the sensor directly to the housing of that particular vehicle you will need a snubber valve and banjo bolt. That is all.
