- This GlowShift video shows you how to install our 7 Color Series Triple Gauge Package into a 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins.

This gauge package features a Diesel Boost Gauge, EGT Pyrometer Gauge, and Trans Temp Gauge, with the option of installing a Fuel Pressure Gauge instead of the transmission temperature gauge. This Cummins gauge package also comes with a Dodge Ram Pillar Gauge Pod created specifically for the factory A-pillar of any 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins. We selected this gauge package for the video based on feedback from our Tech Team, who recommended these gauges and pod as being the optimal choices and best fit for the 03-07 5.9L Cummins.
We kick off the installation of this Cummins gauge set by installing our Boost Bolt Adapter and inserting the Boost Line Fitting into the adapter. From there we move on to installing the EGT probe by drilling into the exhaust manifold. After that, we demonstrate the process of adding either the Transmission Temperature Sensor or Fuel Pressure Sensor. Once the sensors and fittings are in place we add all three gauges to the Cummins triple pillar gauge pod, followed by the installation of the pod to the Dodge Ram’s factory A-pillar. This video walks you through every detail of this process step-by-step and provides a complete breakdown of everything needed to install these 3rd Gen Cummins gauges and Cummins gauge pod.

WARNING: This demonstration is meant to be a guideline. All vehicles are different and professional assistance is highly recommended for installing any gauge. As with all of our products, we recommend testing the gauge before beginning the install process. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Having the engine running while drilling the EGT probe hole will help blow the shavings out and then grease on the tap will grab the shavings from tapping the hole
I like the idea but look at that massive blind spot is give me right in front. Can be mount the gauges. I don't know down on the steering column or in the instrument panel??
Will I still be able to install the fuel pressure sensor since I have a fleece fuel filter bypass on my 2004 3500
What size expandable circuit should I use for a 2005 2500 cummins
I like to drill the manifold with the truck running, it blows all the chips back out.
do also make a pillar kit for the passenger side? and what kind of gauges to you have/recomend for a ram 5500 2020
No, only for the driver's side.
@@GlowShift just ignored him when he asked what you recommended
Does anybody know what kind of rims those are?
Will this work with a 2008 doge 3500?
Step 5 of the instructions for your mini expandable kits says select a fuse that does not exceed 10 amps… am I missing something? The headlight 12v fuse is 15amps
We recommend 10amp in general but 15 will also work.
Does the transmission test port also work on a 1500?
Yes, as long as the transmission has a port for it to be inserted into.
My temp gauge is just pegging out, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My factory gage broke and it not talking it the computer so I’m having to go aftermaerkt
If the gauge is pinned that means the sensor is not fully connected properly.
Why do you need the test port extender?
If the extender is not installed, internal transmission parts will break the sensor which could result in major damage.
Only utilizing 3 of the 4 sensors installed on pillar pod...🤔
Our 3 gauge kits are available with either a transmission temperature gauge or a fuel pressure gauge as the 3rd gauge in the kit. So, we show how to install both sensors for customers that purchased one verse the other. Wiring is the same for both gauges, which is why we dont show it for both.
I don't have this fuse box I have a different one I need help I have a 03 2500 5.9l 24v cummins
If you still need help I can take you through it step by step
I need this on my Dodge Ram 1500 how much do this cost part and labor
The CZcams video is to help you do the install of the gauges yourself or take your truck to a mechanics that understands gauges. By asking what the labor is tells me you should probably take the car to a mechanic and not attempt to install them yourself
@@thechosen1473 yup
So I just redone my gauges and now I have a blue wire that’s extra where does it go😂
Oh boy, our gauges don't have any blue wires...
