- One Piece: Burning Blood is a fighting game. Its gameplay is slower than other anime fighters, making it more tactical, there's a huge variety of fighting styles and abilities within the roster, it's a great fighting game. Shame you don't have a lot to do single player wise.

I just recently got this game hoping for like at least a little bit into punk hazard, but just four different characters, same fights got a little boring for me. But what makes me like this game so much is that it finally is a one piece arena fighter, and also the characters, especially the ones with haki.
This is the best one piece game and we need a sequel NOW with a fully explorable open word! We need to work as a community to make this happen. 😂

Man, I wish this had a better story mode. That's what ultimately led me to back out on my preorder of it. I'm terrible at online battles most of the time so if that's the only real thing the game has to offer, it'd just be a waste of $60 for me. I might get it after the price drops to about $40, but until then I'll find something else to play.
even that might be pushing it if the single player is the only thing your after. It's not that great. Check the gameplay in the description maybe, to make a better informed decision

This guy is so right if you have not seen this anime you're walking into a very interesting story and a very interesting adventure I'm still watching them can't wait for the real life series either even though it may be a little flaky but if you're a fan of something then you liked all that they have to offer looking forward to more videos
The only complaint I have about multiplayer is that some support characters are really strong, logia + Haki characters are a nightmare, side-step doesn’t always work, there’s no tag in cooldown which leads to a lot of cheesy matches, And Marco
I hope it's good for the PC with the keyboard.

Excuse me I know this old, but pleas globku tell me you have tutorial vids or tips at least (I'm about to look). Also for anyone in comments that play fighting games competitively. What's better? Joining a discord, and trying to meet people in the tournament community to coach me? Or combo videos with experimental labbing and playing cpu? Ive never been in a tournament. I have never used discord or twitch

i played jstar victory vs, and i was VERY dissapointed in the combat, 1 attack for special, 1 for jump 1 for basic, 1 for heavy, no real combo. im more into the kind of dragon ball tenkaichi 3 or mortal kombat where you had many movesets on 1 character and not just 4 bottons that did 4 attacks and nothing more,
how is burning blood here? is each character fun enough to play with or is it like jstar victory vs, ?
It plays like JStar, but characters feel more unique. The combos that you're looking for, from Tenkaichi or Mortal Kombat are not here. Each character only has a few attacks, but the beauty of the game comes from Team Comps and Character Variety. Each character individually doesn't have a lot of depth
I recently got into one piece and ive been been using it as a scavenger hunt for the show.
I avoid the story mode because im not even close to marine ford so i strictly play versus and wanted.
I only play with and unlock characters ive seen in the show.
Repeat the process until i complete the roster.

Fuck I'm a single player. I don't give two shits about the story, just the gameplay, would still find enjoyment from it? I don't play online.
yeah, just not for long I guess. You're gonna have fun learning the characters and the fighting system itself at least
