I liked the fact that u not just mentioned easier and perfect levels but u also considered how beginners feel and mentioned a beginner step for each one that if u can’t start doing the easier one u can start by doing this one ( for example mentioning that if u can’t do push up u can do push-up using ur knees first - THATS THE TIP WE BEGINNERS CAN ACTUALLY START WITH ) tips like these are actually helpful !!! Yes agreed, thanks for the tips for beginners. I really need some guidance about dealing with knee issues. I've had knee pain for a very long time, even when I walk down stairs. So are there any suggestions on going into squats when dealing with issues like this?
yes not many ppl take in to consideration that some of us have no knowledge of working out and cant do the basics. he teaches us how to start with nothing to be able to do the basics and move up from there. thank you so much.
Clownzar the video is called beginners. They’re plenty of weak beginners that never did a push up in their lives.
Jmeecy cut out maltodextrin, any artificial sweeteners flavors and colors, preservatives, processed foods and the knee and joint pain should go away. You can also speed up the healing process with herbs and supplements. Tons with anti inflammatory effects, research online and use what you like and figure out what works for you. Max Yankulov For pull ups you could go higher (chest to bar instead of just chin above it), it’ll help for muscle up later. explosive push ups probably are the next in push ups (one arm push ups are a big upgrade) dips I’m not sure I mostly see people doing weighted. L sit doesn’t really need a progression it’s just good fundamentals for other exercises. Did I miss anything? Weighted is also fine for all but it’s not necessary
