      @@JamesRival I know this was ages ago lol but yeah I'm actually continuing to lose weight. I'm below 160 for the first time since I was like 13 but my goals have changed so I'm doing a lot less calisthenics and a lot more weight lifting. So close to a 225 bench and I'm closing in on a 300 deadlift too.

    When I was 19/20 years old I could do 21 pull ups with perfect form. I had an entire body weight routine I’d do everyday. Now I’m nearly 26 and have pudged out with poor eating and a sedentary life style. I learnt I can’t even manage close to a single pull up anymore.

    I liked the fact that u not just mentioned easier and perfect levels but u also considered how beginners feel and mentioned a beginner step for each one that if u can’t start doing the easier one u can start by doing this one ( for example mentioning that if u can’t do push up u can do push-up using ur knees first - THATS THE TIP WE BEGINNERS CAN ACTUALLY START WITH ) tips like these are actually helpful !!!       Jmeecy cut out maltodextrin, any artificial sweeteners flavors and colors, preservatives, processed foods and the knee and joint pain should go away. About a month i noticed several improvements in my body (maybe because im still in puberty thats why my body develops quickly). Anyway after a month i decided to do harder workouts because i felt like my muscles were getting used to the routine and they werent improving anymore. Now i'm 14 and im really happy with the way my body turned out 😃

      Max Yankulov For pull ups you could go higher (chest to bar instead of just chin above it), it’ll help for muscle up later. explosive push ups probably are the next in push ups (one arm push ups are a big upgrade) dips I’m not sure I mostly see people doing weighted. L sit doesn’t really need a progression it’s just good fundamentals for other exercises. Did I miss anything? Weighted is also fine for all but it’s not necessary

    39 years old and decided to get in the gym. Always done alot of cardio (walking and jogging) and use to play basketball so i always been in ok shape just never lifted weights or did a push up in my life.       @@Girlfromthewoods not Chris but I've been doing calisthenics for some time, you should aim to keep your arms between parallalel and 45 degrees to your body, make sure your scapula are as far apart as possible on top (push-up plus) and as pinched together as possible on the bottom, pelvis should be rotated forward to improve glute/abs activation

    I'm a 25 year old who weighs 230lbs and is 6ft. I haven't worked out in 5 years. I have no muscle, just fat. I miss going to the gym and getting a pump. Thank you for posting this so I can restart my life again properly.

So far I'm one month in doing your 'how to get abs ' workout daily and man has it made a difference. Pull ups were never a problem doing 15 perfect form. But now I'm getting really close to doing an L-sit! Thanks so much bro you turned me into an addict concerning getting as muscular as you. (16 years old)

      Danny Saldana Just take it slow. I started with just hanging from the bar then started doing negatives. From there I trained Australian pull-ups and then resistance band pull ups. Whatever you do just make sure you are always going all the way down for each pull up 👍

    Cool advice. Just set a personal goal for 2021: be able to do 5-10 standard push ups, maybe 20+. I'm female and rn I can't even do knee push ups so I'm doing my own "practice" workout, with planks and incline push ups on the wall to better progress 💪
    Eventually after that I'll try and do all these other exercises, like the pull ups.

    I am so happy I found this channel. I was in the military and was very fit. However, I was injured whilst on operations and since leaving the military, I have not been able to get anywhere near the level of fitness I was once at. Thank you.

    I used to be very active as a teenager. I used to spend like 3-5 hours everyday with my best friend on the bars. I was able to master muscle up along with some other moves. When I got to university I wasn't able to exercise as much and things wen downhill from there. I spend the next 10 years of my life trying to build a career. The covid pandemic really made everything even worst, because now we are home based and I don't have to move at all. I'm 28 years old now and 184 cm. tall and 96 kg. mostly fat. You really inspired me to get back In shape and start exercise more. Thank you for that daily motivation !!!

    My dad (65yrs old) had chest pains last night. He didn't tell us for the first hour but when the pain increased, he told us, he said to call 911. We got him checked at the hospital for Heart Attack but it was nothing. Turns out it was just soreness from too many pullups. My dad has never worked out in his life, now has to because of old age, and had no idea what workout soreness is and confused that as maybe a minor heart issue.

    Already 8 months into Chris Heria training routines and it is a life changer! I watched alot of his videos, then created my own program but ofcourse following the way he does things. Results are I lost alot of weight, I am not as buff as he is because I workout at home only, but the power my body generates and the feeling of how it changes is something amazing. Just take your time, do what Chris says "if you get tired take a 3-4 seconds break than get back to it", one day you won't need a break anymore. Amazing athlete and motivator...Thanks Chris!

    1,6 km run
    My Body is finished for the next 2 days 😁

    This is phenomenal. So simple, so achievable, and so rewarding. Your style and delivery are engaging and fun to watch, never talking down to other fitness levels. Through my 20s and 30s, these types of workouts were part of my daily life. I could do them all in my apartment. I was determined after 30 to be comfortable with my butt above my head. I let it slip to the wayside and have been itching to reintroduce it into my every day. I’m going to download your app right now.
    At each decade, my motivation was to “be in the best shape of my life as I hit 30... 40....” 50 is just three years away. :-) It’s time to get started.

    This is a great channel. I've been doing a lot of these exercises for years, as this was the type of workouts I did in the army. We focused on good form and timing. That's what I like most about your instruction. Your movements are taught with beautiful precision. And you're so pretty to watch, which makes me keep coming back 😌

    Hey chris just wanted to thank you. I just found out I have scoliosis last year at the age of 26. No wonder my back hurts pretty much all the time. I cant do deadlifts or squats with a barbell . but found your dumbell whole body workout EXTREMELY helpful. Im starting my fitness journey to lose this beer gut and get back into shape, and hopefully relieve some of this back pain. The ease of your workouts has me motivated to take my life back TODAY.
