This helps a lot, I’ve been doing just regular pushups for awhile, I didn’t know what else to do until I came across this, I’ve made a whole workout list with this video mixed with an core video and it’s worked a lot!
You read all the comments. I'm 61 a couple of days ago I did my first wide grip chin followed by one normal grip. I started with Australian pull ups then decline australian then hanging but pulling shoulders down to engage scapular, then jump up and do negatives. Then finally I managed the chin just for one of each grip. Sad thing I couldn't manage it again today. With Calasthenics my body is aching in all sorts of places but as I recover my posture and confidence improve. I am getting stronger and sleeping better. I follow you, athlean-x and a little polish guy with a bald head. Thanks for all the advice you guys are great

Try shifting your body so your weight is over the weaker arm. The balance will naturally correct after some months

Chris, thanks so much for the push up variations. In just two week I got 2 inches on my arms. My chest is bulking up and I feel a lot more confident. I pushed my limits with these and I'm still going to break my boundaries.
I really appreciate the workouts especially the bodyweight exercises because I'm still developing (I'm 17 so my mom isn't really on the idea of me using weigts).

I do most of these push-ups for boxing it helps with punch power
Don't forget to put some focus on your wrists, during explosive knuckle push-ups. Take care!

Joshua Burns no , it’s your serratus anterior which is used during scapula protraction . Push up works this muscle very well , unlike the bench press .

This is legit! I used to do these when I first started my journey! I'm perfecting my deep HSPU (using parraletes), 90 degree push-up etc at the moment. Planche push-up is next since that's on another beast level such as Chris and Osvaldo.

Awesome video as always Chris! I can do all of these with good form thanks to you! I started doing pushups almost a couple years ago and it has made me a lot stronger. The pushup is the best bodyweight exercise.

@chris heria you should do a day workout with a teenager thats really skinny and don't have a lot of fat. Teaching him the best way to gain more muscle and certain foods that we should eat for the skinny people.
