    I've used this routine since you posted it twice a week. Went from 5 push-ups against my counter to finally my first regular push-up yesterday. And I can finally keep up without having to give up at certain exercises. Always a good feeling after I'm done.

    I started doing your workouts a year ago. I started and ended each one with 50 push-ups, and within 3 months, I was down 35lbs. I have been able to maintain my body and have seen such incredible results bro... this is so sustainable and it works!! God bless Chris!

    Love, love, love your workouts! I am 69 year and started using your workout, they are definitely challenging, but I see results, even though it is difficult to grow muscle at this age.
    Keep the videos coming, especially like this last one where you display the targeted muscle groups and the size of your weights.

    Hey Chris, love these videos. I'm a competitive swimmer and with this workout, some reps are easy, some are hard- that tells me which muscle groups I may need to focus on.
    I really liked the abdominal workout video you posted earlier this year and I think that kind of work-along quips you give from time to time to motivate us can be helpful in these workouts.

    I've NEVER been able to do push-ups (50kg female, not a lot of muscle) and found it impossible to activate my pectorals. The Chest squeeze has finally activated those muscles for me. Thank you for sharing, I'm doing this exercise on my kitchen counter all throughout the day when I've got a spare minute. Can't wait to work up to a full push-up!

    yoo chris i'm so happy to have a new video from you i've been fat ad bullied when i was in college and one day i decide to change it so i watch several video on yt to do some exercises and then i saw your video lockjaw first i admit it but this make me work harder and harder to do some crazy shit like you do and now i can do muscle up and back lever i have 6pack and a big chest tysm for for being you and make other become greek god thx from France and don't forget "not only looking strong but actually being strong"

    I remember not being able to do even a push up because I was too skinny but my belly was full of fat. Just a couple few weeks passed by and I was able to do 10 push ups in a row, began to lose body fat and started building muscles. Never in my life had I been this hyped to lift more weight and do more push ups! Thanks Chris, lots of thanks to you.
