I've used this routine since you posted it twice a week. Went from 5 push-ups against my counter to finally my first regular push-up yesterday. And I can finally keep up without having to give up at certain exercises. Always a good feeling after I'm done.

I started doing your workouts a year ago. I started and ended each one with 50 push-ups, and within 3 months, I was down 35lbs. I have been able to maintain my body and have seen such incredible results bro... this is so sustainable and it works!! God bless Chris!

Hey Chris, love these videos. I'm a competitive swimmer and with this workout, some reps are easy, some are hard- that tells me which muscle groups I may need to focus on.
I really liked the abdominal workout video you posted earlier this year and I think that kind of work-along quips you give from time to time to motivate us can be helpful in these workouts.

I've NEVER been able to do push-ups (50kg female, not a lot of muscle) and found it impossible to activate my pectorals. The Chest squeeze has finally activated those muscles for me. Thank you for sharing, I'm doing this exercise on my kitchen counter all throughout the day when I've got a spare minute. Can't wait to work up to a full push-up!

I remember not being able to do even a push up because I was too skinny but my belly was full of fat. Just a couple few weeks passed by and I was able to do 10 push ups in a row, began to lose body fat and started building muscles. Never in my life had I been this hyped to lift more weight and do more push ups! Thanks Chris, lots of thanks to you.
