I was an older mom when my kids were little . I was 32 when I had my first baby. A girl. When she was 14 months old when my baby boy was born. So with 2 babies I couldn't stay up any longer for any kind of self care. But I would get up about an hour before anyone else and get my coffee made and get a cup in sit in my comfy chair and listen to my favorite radio station. My kids are in their early 40s with kids of their on and I will be 75 on April 22. People tell me I don't look that old. But the past 5 years health issues has changed that some. But on the inside I feel like 25. I just can't push this old body to act like 25. Lol🦋

I'm the same I can not wear pants to bed even in winter time I just get to hot and uncomfortable. I wear oversized t shirts or nightgowns. My favorite scent from bbw is winter candy apple. I stock up on it and wear it pretty much all year lol.💙🦋

I can’t sleep in shorts….I’ve tried..lol……I love to sleep in a big sleep shirts/cotton nightgowns.I have a lounge legging/tank set from target that I have fallen asleep in no issues.

I really need this because I’m a mom of to I just started doing self care for myself I used to the nail shop but I don’t have time for that so I started doing nails wraps and I really enjoyed and it only takes me 5 minutes to do🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
I love your relaxing and chill night routine. You are right if we let ourselves push things to tomorrow, then it won’t ever get done or we will be adding extra things to tomorrow on top of a million other things. I wash my hair every single day when I take a shower but I only conditioner my hair every 2-3 days. Your hair looks so healthy and Beautiful, what did you say you put in your hair? I need to take better care of my body and hair by pampering myself once a week and just treating myself to a little me time. I feel like the best times to Pamper myself would be either Saturday or Sunday when I’m off work. My eyes are too sensitive for some contacts. 😂 I can barely get them inside my eyes so I know if I do somehow get them inside, it would be extremely hard to get them out.
I agree that night and morning self care routines are so important. Where did you get your water flosser? I have the big one and it's a pain to take out everytime I'm going to use it. You and the kiddos have a wonderful and blessed week💕🦋

Night agent is good only one season for now. I really love outlander and there is like 5 seasons in Netflix so far. For something light and quick Emily in Paris and Jane the Virgin.
I wear pyjama trousers and a vest top for bed, even in the height of winter I wear a vest top, I feel claustrophobic in a t-shirt.
