This evening routine is so peaceful to watch :) LOL I hate swallowing tablets with water too... I prefer having them with any juice other than water but yea orange juice is good for iron supplements as it helps getting absorbed well.

yes please do it! I have made this sauce vegan before too! I used vegan cream cheese, cashew cream, veggie stock and a little nutritional yeast! It turned out so good!
