How the heck can anyone else tell you how many videos is too much. No one is making them watch. Most of us old farts love all your videos and look forward to chatting with you every time. My husband smiles when he comes in the room and I’m listening to you. He says “looks like I’m still in competition with Mitch” lol. Keep it up Mitch.

I can confirm with the commenter that there's fluoride in S.Pellegrino. A comparison ranked S.Pellegrino with some of the *highest fluoride levels* among the 178+ brands found at bottled water without fluoride. It was tested with 0.47 ppm of fluoride. So, you can take this with a grain of salt.... or fluoride.🧂
I looked into it myself, found out that the fluoride is just one of the 30 munerals that gets in the water from its travel over the rocks after years and years, it's 1/2 parts per million, and I'm not going to worry about it. They do label it as mineral water.
Great live Mitch! I made the frittata while I was listening. Only I had about 3/4 a pound of ground lamb and some leftover brisket that I smoked and added some grated Parmesan to the eggs. Wholly cow was it delicious!

You had “Two” great rants in this episode. One on the description of our bodies use of fat burning or sugar burning for fuel. This was the easiest to follow and I listen to all the great carnivores on CZcams.
The other was on carnivore recipes.

Mitch there's well over a billion videos on YT, How could you possibly ever be bored? And YT is only one venue. There are probably a trillion different things in computerdom you could be doing. I don't think Richard Simmons is on anymore though. Do you remember Johnny Ray? Did you know Frank Sinatra hated his guts? Where I used to work, there was a girl in the next cubicle that used to play chess, on lunch hour, with a dude in Portugal. Mitch how would you be bored without a TV? We quit our TV in January. We told Verizon we might turn it on again to see the election, and then shut it down permanently. Mitch, I will make a statement= = "With a computer online, entertainment is infinite."
