I bought this heart surgeons book. It’s excellent. This is the best interview I’ve ever seen on heart disease. My cardiologist just gets irritated when I ask him anything about diet. He just peddles pills. Well I’m doing a carnivore diet and it’s cleared up my diverticulosis. Skin tags disappearing. Sinus and allergy issues. Snoring. Sleep apnea. High Blood pressure. Psoriasis. Eye floaters. IBS. All gone Within the first month. Insulin resistance and pre diabetes will all be gone soon. Ive lost weight. Im Hoping to be off my BP meds soon.

I would like to know exactly what your eating, please. I need encouragement to keep going with carnivore. I do know that after two months of carnivore I quit having diarrhea. So I had a gut problem. Since after having COVID and fatigue the whole month of January and working I gradually slid off carnivore. I'm getting back on. I have only retained a 10 pound weight loss. Weight wasn't my prime concern but I do have 25 more lbs. to lose. I've already increased my walking so that should help. I'm 71 yrs. Thx!

Based on my statistical research when I worked for the drug companies I refused to take Statins. My doctors kept telling me I would die. They wrote on my medical record that I was insane. I will be 80 in August and enjoy cooking and walking. I take lessons in German over the internet every day and have increased my vocabulary. So life without statins has been good. Medicare insurance requires that I see my doctor once a year or else I would not have gone to see them. That being said professional medical advice has helped me e.g. my brother said he and the other airline pilots he knew as a pilot himself all recovered from insulin resistance after reading Protein Power by Dr. Eades and so did I. Likewise my years of painful cramps ended when I took magnesium recommended by Dr. Ken Berry also on the internet. I am trying to join and subscribe to some of the online doctors but for some strange reason some of the subscriptions are easy to get and others are not. ..... Weren't we all told that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound. of cure. Actually I think it is a ton of cure that our country needs. LOL The only year I got the Flu (including Covid) was the year I let my doctor talk me into getting a vaccine. I guess that is because I am strick about avoiding sugar and flour since reading Dr.. Eades.

Sorry, but the whole world cannot eat meat only, unless we start eating Soylent Green. (If you get my drift, 😄)
#2: Obviously humans were not designed to just eat meat. Just examine our teeth. Then examine a dog's teeth, whom nature did design to eat only meat. (Get it???) Thru the last million years, we ate mostly plant material and our genetics reflect that
#3: You cannot get the nutrients you need w/o eating plant material. You will pay for this behavior.
#4: This s just a fad. YES! It is an improvement over the disastrous diets the masses have. But that doesnt mean it is the best diet for us. ( And yes, the Innuit ,(above the Arctic Circle), traditionally lived off of full carnivore. Still, that does not imply that this is the best one can do)
#5: This one you will hate to hear: Carnivore is for lazy people. Weve found that one can lose weight while getting no exercise with this. (I have a good friend who has a sedentary job who has well demod this fact.) AGAIN, while this is good, (compared), it is not the best he can do. No matter what you may eat, a sedentary lifestyle is a disaster for your health. Just one effect is that you are going to have very sluggish mitochondria, and that is a factor in all disease.

@@hemisphere903 Were U speaking to me? If so I DO NOT eat lots of processed foods. I eat mostly organic fresh food, but I do love my cheese & that is probably what has caused my plaque in my carotid artery. I'm trying to cut back on cheese. I eat almost no bread, no potatoes, little noodles & rice, cutting out some cream & no pretzels & alsmst no sweets except organic strawberries, & blue berries..
It is so difficult to find stuff to eat. I have not been eating dead animals, but am thinking I may have to eat the least expensive dead animal meats so I can get protein outside nuts & cheese!!
I eat as much organic I can find. I try NOT to eat anything NOT organic too..

Happy for you. However my experience (and my wife) was that traditional food pyramid diet and vegetarian diet as problems worsened, it did not help. Went Keto and a huge improvement. Toyed with carnivore (which to us seemed stupid) but surprisingly found it was fine - think it as excellent elimination diet. But decided to use Keto. I have no problem eating meat, every living thing on this planet serves as food for others. Living in the country I know nature does not give a stuff about how things die.

I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH OF THIS INFO should be closely examined. … in my opinion of course, from my own research.
Dr JACK KRUSE (neurosurgeon) said once that he would NEVER prescribe a statin drug. He said they are a mega billion dollar industry (😎) and they destroy the muscles in your body, starting in the legs .. and … your HEART is a muscle 🤔 (think about that …)

@@colpin99- statins? Why, why, why? Making the numbers behave doesn't make you healthy. You're shutting off your bodies repair mechanism.
Darko Vlček made a very good point when he said that the lab numbers of "glucoholics" aren't necessarily normal or healthy, and that LDL is not the evil monster made out by the medical system. When you eat carnivore, you need more bile to process the fat. The body produces more LDL to make bile. We also need cholesterol to form vitamin D and other hormones, and to rebuild cell walls. Doctors need to stop prescribing statins as a heart healthy intervention.

    • @alwaysright5901
      @alwaysright5901 Před 3 měsíci +19

I understand what you mean. It's so very scary in the medical industry as docs are taught to do no harm but are steered to make money by following the standard of care protocol for every disease. Insurance companies play a big role too since they don't authorize payment for alternative, natural or holistic care. The "keep them sick so they come back" model is their money maker. Curing someone from the root cause doesn't make money. You're your own best advocate. The hospital emergency room should only be used for emergencies only (heart attack, stroke, unbearable pain, broken bones, etc). I only use conventional docs for testing as a prescription is needed for an ultrasound, etc. I take their advice with a grain of salt, do my own research and use my own discernment. After the last 2-3 years, the medical industry has shown their true colors and I don't trust them at all. Keto, ketovore and carnivore are best for health, especially the heart but it must be full time for life. Sugar and high refined carbs don't mix with good fat and grass fed/wild caught protein. Do your own research. Dr. Berg is a chiropractor but is a wealth of info along with keto and every other ailment you want info on. Dr. Darren Schmidt is located in Michigan and can see patients remotely but have 3 day travel packages for a visit. He's got this uncanny way of connecting the dots on root causes and has been very successful, especially with the heart. He does carnivore and Berg does keto. Check them out, both are on CZcams! Dr. Pradeep Jamnadas is a medical cardiologist in Florida and supports the non-conventional mindset and more holistic. He's on CZcams as well and sees patients. Time to fire your conventional docs and use docs that have your health interest in mind.

I just want to make you aware of something important. When I had my first massive heart attack, my BP was absolutely normal during that MI. It was 120/80 and bc it was normal the ER nurse refused to give me a nitro even though I was begging for an hour. He got mad at me bc I refused the x-ray and ABG (arterial blood gases)games. I tried to educate a fellow mwd staff only for him to raise his voice at me stating " I'm going to write in your chart your refusing docs orders so there's no room for you to sue us" then huffed out the room while I'm yelling at him to have doc order me CnP plus nitro now! Doc ordered what I asked and couldn't get me transferred by helicopter fast enough. When I arrived at next hospital rolled into surgery, the surgeon looked at me and said " I can't believe your awake talking to me yet". Then he allowed me to watch the stent surgery plus pointed out where my blockage was so I knew. I never should have lived through that MI.
Never think just bc BP is normal range that your good to go is my point. I suggest a strict diet change and I still take my blood thinner as I've not yet figured out what holistic med I want to supplement with. As for stating, I stopped them way back in 2011. I pray you stay feeling well and only keep your health moving in right direction 🙏

This is probably the most important video and interview on the Internet and CZcams today! I have no words to express the gratitude I have for true thinkers and medical mavericks like Dr. Ovadia! In fact, I’m desperately seeking him out in consultation for my husband, who just underwent open heart quadruple bypass surgery. All of his doctors, including his internist, cardiologist, cardiac surgeon, and endocrinologist insist that he must remain on statins, blood pressure medications including beta blockers, levothyroxine and baby aspirin for the rest of his life. No other options entertained. No detailed lipid profile ordered. No discussion about diet or nutrition other than the recommended low fat high plant diet offered when specifically asked about it. He is only 60 years old and has always been very active and healthy up until a month before his surgery at the end of January. The scales are falling from our eyes now, though, thanks to the truth being shared by other carnivore champions out there! Doctors need to become educated and practice the Hippocratic oath, not the status quo!

Finally a doctor that gives us hope, thanks a lot for doing this.
I eat every 36 hours, and the diet mostly consists of various sprouts salad , eggs, and cooked vegetables in ghee.
    Any thoughts on this?

Thank you both for this very informative presentation…. I’m working through my chronic situation with inflammation and dyslipidemia / high LDL. My CiMT scan shows long-standing atherosclerotic calcifying plaque.
